Claims (11)
- 할로겐을 함유하지 않는 청색 안료 재료와, 할로겐을 함유하지 않는 황색 안료 재료를 혼합 상태로 미세화 프로세스를 실시하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹색 안료 조성물의 조제 방법.
- 제 1항의 방법에 의하여 조제된 녹색 안료 조성물과 비히클 성분으로 이루어지는 안료 분산체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 미세화 프로세스가 마쇄제의 존재하에 행하는 공니딩(co-kneading) 프로세스인 것을 특징으로 하는 조제 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 공니딩이 글리콜 용제의 존재하에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조제 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 마쇄제가 무기염인 것을 특징으로 하는 조제 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 미세화 프로세스가 상기 청색 안료 재료와 황색 안료 재료를 강산중에서 용해하여 용해액을 얻는 단계와, 상기 용해액을 수중에 주입하여 재석출물을 얻는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조제 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 강산이 황산, 트리플루오로아세트산, 폴리인산, 클로로술폰산으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 조제 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐을 함유하지 않는 청색 안료 재료와 상기 할로겐을 함유하지 않는 황색 안료 재료가 중량비로 90:10∼40:60인 것을 특징으로 하는 조제 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 청색 안료 재료가 푸탈로시아닌계, 트렌(threne)계 및 인디고계의 청색 안료로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 안료 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 조제 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 황색 안료 재료가 아조계, 벤즈이미다졸론계, 이소인돌린계, 플라반트론(flavanthrone)계, 안트라피리미딘(anthrapyrimidine)계, 안트라퀴논계, 퀴놀리노퀴놀론계, 플루오로플라빈(fluoroflavine)계 및 플루오로빈(fluorovine)계의 황색 안료로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 안료 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 조제 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 황색 안료 재료가 퀴놀로퀴놀론, 플루오플라빈 및 플루오로빈으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 안료 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 조제 방법.
