Claims (7)
- 프레임;다수의 양극판 및 음극판이 양면에 소정 패턴으로 라미네이션 된 일 배치(1 batch)의 세퍼레이터가 수납되는 수납대가 마련되며, 상기 프레임에 설치된 베이스부재;상기 베이스부재에 공급되는 상기 세퍼레이터를 수납대로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하기 위해, 상기 베이스부재의 일단에 선택적으로 근접 위치될 수 있도록 상기 프레임에 대해 왕복이동 가능하도록 설치된 스토퍼부재;상기 수납대와 상기 스토퍼부재가 형성하는 수납공간으로 공급되는 상기 세퍼레이터를 소정 시간 간격동안 가압하여, 상기 양극판 및 음극판이 서로 교호되어 세퍼레이터의 단면이 "Z"자 형태로 접힐 수 있도록 상기 수납대에 대해 왕복 이동 가능하게 상기 프레임에 설치된 폴더부재; 및"Z" 자 형태로 접힌 세퍼레이터를 소정 구역으로 이동시켜 극판이 부착되지 않은 세퍼레이터의 비극판 영역을 절단하여 테이핑하기 위한 컷팅/테이핑부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화된 리튬 2차전지 제조 시스템용 팩킹장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베이스부재는 공급되는 세퍼레이터를 가이드하기 위해 베이스 플레이트로부터 돌출된 가이드턱; 및상기 수납대로부터 상기 베이스 플레이트의 양 사이드에 인입 형성된 한 쌍의 인입부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화된 리튬 2차전지 제조 시스템용 팩킹장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베이스부재는:상기 수납대에 공급되는 세퍼레이터가 "Z"자 형태로 잘 접혀 질 수 있도록 상기 스토퍼부재 방향으로 상기 세퍼레이터를 바이어스시키기 위해 상기 프레임에 설치된 바이어스부재를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화된 리튬 2차전지 제조 시스템용 팩킹장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스토퍼부재는 상기 베이스부재의 양 사이드를 각각 차단하기 위한 스토퍼 포크를 가지며, 스토퍼 이동부재에 의해 왕복 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화된 리튬 2차전지 제조 시스템용 팩킹장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴더부재는 폴더 이동부재에 의해 왕복 이동되는 폴더 플레이트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화된 리튬 2차전지 제조 시스템용 팩킹장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 컷팅/테이핑부재는:상기 베이스부재의 양측으로 접근하여 "Z"자로 접힌 세퍼레이터 뭉치의 양 사이드를 클램핑하여 테이핑 위치로 수평 이동되는 한 쌍의 클램프부재;상기 클램프부재에 의해 세퍼레이터 뭉치가 이동된 후 상기 베이스부재의 선단에서 상기 세퍼레이터를 절단하기 위해 상기 프레임에 이동 가능하게 설치된 컷팅부재;테이프가 감긴 테이프롤러를 테이프 주행경로를 통해 상기 테이핑 위치로 주행시킨 후 상기 테이프의 일단을 상기 세퍼레이터 뭉치에 부착시키기 위해 프레임에 설치된 테이프 공급부재;테이프의 일단이 부착된 세퍼레이터 뭉치를 양단에서 회전시키면서 상기 세퍼레이터 뭉치를 테이핑하기 위해 상기 클램프부재를 소정 회전수로 회전시킬 수 있도록 상기 프레임에 설치된 클램프 회전부재; 및상기 클램프 회전부재에 의해 회전되어 팩킹이 완료된 세퍼레이터 뭉치에 연결된 상기 테이프를 절단하기 위해 상기 테이프 공급부재에 이동 가능하게 설치된 테이프 절단부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화된 리튬 2차전지 제조 시스템용 팩킹장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 컷팅/테이핑부재는:상기 컷팅부재에 의해 세퍼레이터가 절단되기 전 상기 세퍼레이터의 펄럭임을 방지하기 위해 상기 테이프 공급부재에 근접되어 상기 세퍼레이터의 일단에 접촉되도록 상기 프레임에 승강 가능하게 설치된 홀더부재를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화된 리튬 2차전지 제조 시스템용 팩킹장치.
