Claims (11)
- 알루미나 파우더에 귀금속 촉매로 Pt 또는 Pd, 조촉매로 V, Co, Ni, Cr, Mo, Fe, Cu, Nb 중에서 선택한 단독 또는 2종 이상의 혼합 금속이 포함되어 이루어진 워시코트 기제 I,TiO2가 포함되어 이루어진 워시코트 기제 II로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 디젤 산화촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 워시코트 기제 I은 알루미나 파우더 100 중량부에 대하여 귀금속 촉매 0.5∼2 중량부, 조촉매 5∼10 중량부로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 디젤 산화촉매.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 알루미나 파우더는 비표면적이 200 ㎡/g 이상이고, 기공 크기가 평균 200 nm 이하인 것임을 특징으로 하는 디젤 산화촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, TiO2는 비표면적이 50 ㎡/g 이하이고, 입자크기가 5∼20㎛인 것임을 특징으로 하는 디젤 산화촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 워시코트 기제 II는 추가로 TiO2100 중량부에 대하여 V2O55∼20 중량부를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 디젤 산화촉매.
- 워시코트 기제 I을 제조하는 단계(단계 1);워시코트 기제 II를 제조하는 단계(단계 2); 및워시코트 기제 II를 워시코트 기제 I에 적층하는 단계(단계 3)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1의 디젤 산화촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 단계 1의 워시코트 기제 I은 알루미나 파우더를 귀금속 촉매가 함유된 염 수용액에 함침하는 단계;상기 알루미나 파우더가 함침된 염 수용액에 조촉매를 함침하는 단계; 및건조 후 200∼500℃에서 열처리하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 산화촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 단계 2의 워시코트 기제 II는 티타니아 전구체를 염기 수용액에 적하하는 단계;건조 후 300∼450℃에서 열처리하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 산화촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 티타니아의 전구체는 질산계 또는 알콕사이드(alkoxide)계인 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 산화촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 추가로 티나니아의 전구체에 바나듐 황산염을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤 산화촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 단계 3의 디젤 산화촉매는 워시코트 기제 I에 분산제를 투입하여 지지체에서 건조하는 단계;워시코트 기제 II 수용액을 제조하여 상기 지지체에 적층된 워시코트 기제 I의 상부에 코팅하여 적층하는 단계; 및건조 후 450∼550℃에서 열처리하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는디젤 산화촉매의 제조 방법.
