- 레이저 클래딩 공법을 이용한 밸브 시트 제조방법에 있어서,상기 밸브 시트가 가공될 주조물을 형성하는 단계와;상기 주조물의 밸브 시트가 형성되는 부분에 레이저 클래딩을 위한 밸브 시트 자리면을 가공하는 단계와;미리 설정된 중량% 비율에 따라 혼합된 실리콘(Si)과 보론(B)입자로 이루어진 금속분말 조성물을 상기 가공된 밸브 시트 자리면에 주입하는 단계와;상기 주입된 금속분말 조성물에 레이저빔을 주사하여 온도 상승에 따른 화학반응으로 산화피막을 제거하는 단계와;상기 산화피막이 제거된 밸브 시트 자리면에 미리 설정된 중량% 비율에 따라 혼합된 금속분말 조성물을 주입하는 단계와;상기 주입되는 금속분말 조성물에 레이저빔을 주사하여 산화피막이 제거된 밸브 시트 자리면에 금속분말 조성물을 클래딩하여 밸브 시트를 형성하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 클래딩 공법을 이용한 밸브 시트 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 산화피막 제거단계는 상기 가공된 밸브 시트 자리면에 레이저빔을 주사량을 조절하여 산화피막을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 클래딩 공법을 이용한 밸브 시트 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 금속분말 조성물의 주입단계에서 금속분말 조성물의 이송을 원활하게 하며, 금속분말 조성물을 외부 공기로부터 차단시키는 보호가스를 혼합하여 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 클래딩 공법을 이용한 밸브 시트 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 보호가스는 아르곤 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 클래딩 공법을 이용한 밸브 시트 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 레이저빔이 주사되는 금속분말 조성물은 구리(Cu)와 니켈(Ni)입자를 미리 설정된 중량% 비율에 따라 혼합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 클래딩 공법을 이용한 밸브 시트 제조방법.
