Claims (10)
- 티탄, 탄소 및 붕소를 구성 원소로 함유하고 뛰어난 내식성과, 700 MPa 이상의 휨 강도와, 9.0 GPa 이상의 비커스 경도 및 5.0 MPa·m1/2이상의 파단 인성을 가지는 은색 소결 제품으로서,조성식 (I) (TiaMb)Bc로 표현되는 금속 붕화물상과 조성식 (II) (TixNy)Cz로 표현되는 금속 탄화물상을 포함하며,상기 조성식에서 M 과 N 은 각각 Ti를 제외한 주기율표의 4a, 5a 및 6a족 원소들 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이고, a, b, c, x, y 및 z는 0.8a1.0, 0b0.2, 0.8c1.0, a+b=1, 0.8x1.0, 0y0.2, 0.6z1.0, x+y=1의 관계를 만족하는 것인 은색 소결 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성식 (I)로 표현되는 금속 붕화물상과, 상기 조성식 (II)로 표현되는 금속 탄화물상 및 티탄과 불가피 불순물로 이루어진 나머지 금속상을 포함하는 것인 은색 소결 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성식 (I)과 조성식 (II)에서 M 과 N 은 각각 Mo, Ta 및 W 중에서 선택되는 금속 중 1종 이상이고,상기 조성식(I)과 조성식 (II)에서 a, b, c, x, y 및 z는 0.85a0.95,0.05b0.15, 0.9c1.0, a+b=1, 0.9x0.95, 0.05y0.10, 0.7z0.9, x+y=1의 관계를 만족하는 것인 은색 소결 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성 원소인 티탄, 탄소 및 붕소의 전체량에 대하여 80 내지 95 중량%의 티탄과, 3 내지 12 중량%의 붕소와 2 내지 8 중량%의 탄소를 함유하고, TiC상 및 TiB상을 함께 포함하는 것인 은색 소결 제품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 TiB 상의 적어도 일부는 침상(針狀) 결정 형태의 것인 은색 소결 제품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 알러지를 일으키는 금속의 함량이 전체량에 대하여 0.3 중량% 이하의 것인 은색 소결 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3가지 구성 원소인 80 내지 95 중량%의 티탄, 3 내지 12 중량%의 붕소 및 2 내지 8 중량%의 탄소의 중량을 100 중량부로 할 때, Ti를 제외한 주기율표의 4a, 5a 및 6a족 원소들 중 1종 이상의 원소를 0.5 내지 20.0 중량부 만큼 함유하고, TiC상 및 TiB상을 함께 포함하는 것인 은색 소결 제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 TiB상의 적어도 일부는 침상 결정 형태의 것인 은색소결 제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 3가지 구성 원소의 중량을 100 중량부로 할 때, V, Zr, Nb, Mo, Hf, Ta, 및 W 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 0.5 내지 15.0 중량부 만큼 함유하고, 알러지 발생 원인이 되는 금속의 함량은 소결 제품의 전체 중량에 대하여 0.3 중량% 이하로 억제된 것인 은색 소결 제품.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 은색 소결 제품을 제조하는 제조 방법으로서,티탄 분말과, 티탄 탄화물 분말 및 티탄 붕화물 분말의 혼합물을 예정된 형상의 물품으로 성형하는 단계와,상기 성형된 물품을 1300 내지 1600℃의 온도에서 비산화 분위기 내에서 소성(燒成)하는 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법.
