Claims (5)
- 용액 공급부(10),상기 용액 공급부에 저장된 용액을 이송하는 유로(21),상기 용액의 선택과 이송을 제어하는 제어 밸브(22, 24, 25),상기 각종 용액을 정량 흡입하거나 배출하는 시린지(23),상기 시린지에 유로를 통하여 각각 연결된 분주 니들(26),상기 분주 니들과 멀티 웰 플레이트를 이동시키는 이동수단(30),상기 멀티 웰 플레이트의 용액을 감압 여과하는 진공 블록(41),상기 멀티 웰 플레이트를 장착하여 상하 방향으로 이송하는 멀티 웰 플레이트 렉(31),상기 멀티 웰 플레이트 렉을 통하여 이송된 멀티 웰 플레이트가 장착되는 다수의 멀티 웰 플레이트 블록(40),상기 각종 용액의 선택과 이송을 위한 상기 제어 밸브의 작동, 용액의 정량 흡입과 배출을 위한 상기 시린지의 작동, 이들 시린지에 연결된 분주 니들의 이동, 멀티 웰 플레이트 렉에 장착된 멀티 웰 플레이트의 순차적 이송, 상기 멀티 웰 플레이트의 상기 진공 블록으로의 이동 및 장착, 상기 진공 블록의 순차적 가동등을 입력된 프로그램에 따라 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 자동 핵산 정제 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멀티 웰 플레이트를 흔들어 주는 와동 장치(50)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 자동 핵산 정제 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분주 니들을 세척해주는 세척 블록(60)을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 자동 핵산 정제 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 세척 장치(60)가 살균액이 흐르는 구획(61)과 증류수가 흐르는 구획(62)으로 구분되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 핵산 정제 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 랙(31)이 다수의 플레이트를 상하이동이 가능하게 하는 플레이트 수납 테이블(33)과 이를 상하로 이동시키기 위한 구동수단으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치
