Claims (7)
- 산화철, 산화칼륨, 산화세륨, 산화칼슘, 산화몰리브덴 및 산화마그네슘을 함유하는 알킬방향족 탄화수소의 탈수소반응용 촉매에 있어서,상기 성분 이외에 지르코늄이 산화물 기준으로 전체 촉매에 대하여 0.5 ∼ 10 중량% 함유된 것임을 특징으로 하는 알킬방향족 탄화수소의 탈수소반응용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지르코늄은 촉매 성분 중 세륨의 일부 또는 전부와 결합되어, 세륨이 담지된 산화지르코늄, 지르코늄이 담지된 산화세륨 및 세륨-지르코늄 고용체 중에서 선택된 형태로 존재하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 알킬방향족 탄화수소의 탈수소반응용 촉매.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 형태로 존재하는 세륨의 함량은 산화물 기준으로 전체 촉매에 대하여 0.5 ∼ 8.0 중량%인 것임을 특징으로 하는 알킬방향족 탄화수소의 탈수소반응용 촉매.
- 철, 칼륨, 세륨, 칼슘, 몰리브덴 및 마그네슘 각각의 화합물을 함유하는 촉매 원료를 혼합 및 반죽한 다음, 압출성형하여 펠렛을 만들고 건조 및 소성하여 알칼방향족 탄화수소의 탈수소반응용 촉매를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 촉매 원료를 혼합 및 반죽시 지르코늄 화합물을 직접 첨가시키거나, 또는 지르코늄 화합물을 세륨 화합물의 일부나 전부와 반응시켜 세륨-지르코늄 복합물로 만든 다음 첨가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 사용되는 지르코늄 화합물은 산화지르코늄과, 수산화지르코늄과, 질산염, 염화염 및 아세테이트염 지르코닐 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 상기 청구항 1의 촉매하에서 알킬방향족 탄화수소를 탈수소화시키는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬방향족 탄화수소는 에틸벤젠인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
