Claims (8)
- 반응물질로서 나노미터 수준의 철이 부착된 제올라이트를 포함하여 이루어지는 반응벽체를 만들고, 이를 오염물질이 통과하는 장소에 설치하는 단계; 오염물질을 상기 반응벽체를 통과시켜 오염성분을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노미터 수준의 철이 부착된 제올라이트를 이용한 오염물의 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노미터 수준의 철이 부착된 제올라이트는 다음의 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 방법에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노미터 수준의 철이 부착된 제올라이트를 이용한 오염물의 정화방법:(i) 제올라이트를 증류수를 이용하여 3시간 동안 세척하는 단계;(ii) 상기 (i)에서 세척된 제올라이트를 1N의 HNO3에 3일 정도 충분히 적신 후 탈기수로 세척하는 단계;(iii) NaOH에 의하여 pH가 중화된 1.0M의 염화철(ferric chloride)(FeCl3ㆍ6H2O) 용액 1l에 상기 (ii)에서 탈기수로 세척된 제올라이트를 넣고 강하게 10시간 이상 교반하는 단계;(iv) (iii)의 상징수를 조심스럽게 따라 버린 후 0.5mM의 NaCl 용액 1l를 부어넣고 24 시간 방치하는 단계;(v) (iv)의 상징수를 조심스럽게 따라 버린 후 0.5mM의 NaCl 용액 1l를 부어넣고 24 시간 방치하는 것을 5회 반복하는 단계;(vi) 얻어진 나노미터 수준의 철이 화학적으로 부착된 제올라이트를 건조시키는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노미터 수준의 철이 부착된 제올라이트는 다음의 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노미터 수준의 철이 부착된 제올라이트를 이용한 오염물의 정화방법:(i) 제올라이트를 증류수를 이용하여 3시간 동안 세척하는 단계;(ii) 상기 (i)에서 세척된 제올라이트를 1.0M의 염화철(ferric chloride)(FeCl3ㆍ6H2O) 용액에 넣고, 2시간 동안 천천히 교반시키며 제올라이트의 내부 구조에 상기 염화철(ferric chloride)(FeCl3ㆍ6H2O) 용액이 충분히 스며들도록 하는 단계;(iii) 상기 (ii)의 용액에 1.6M의 소듐 보로하이드라이드(NaBH4) 용액을 교반하면서 첨가시켜 제올라이트의 내부구조 중에 식(6)과 같은 Fe0의 침전이 발생하도록 유도하는 단계.Fe(H2O)6 3-+ 3BH4-+ 3H2O → Fe0↓ + 3B(OH)3+ 10.5H2식(6)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노미터 수준의 철이 부착된 제올라이트는 다음의 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 나노미터 수준의 철이 부착된 제올라이트를 이용한 오염물의 정화방법:(i) 제올라이트를 증류수를 이용하여 3시간 동안 세척하는 단계;(ii) 제올라이트 2g을 농도가 0.5∼2M인 페릭 나이트레이트(ferric nitrate)(Fe(NO3)3ㆍ9H2O)용액 500 ml에 함침시켜 24시간 동안 교반하는 단계;(iii) 상기 (ii)의 상징수를 버리고 제올라이트를 증류수(deionized water)로 세척하는 단계;(iv) (ii)와 (iii)의 단계를 4회 반복하는 단계;(v) (iv)의 제올라이트를 80℃에서 건조하는 단계;(vi) (v)의제올라이트를 450℃에서 소성하는 단계:
- 다음의 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 나노미터 수준의 철이 부착된 제올라이트를 포함하는 반응벽체:(i) 제올라이트를 증류수를 이용하여 3시간 동안 세척하는 단계;(ii) 상기 (i)에서 세척된 제올라이트를 1N의 HNO3에 3일 정도 충분히 적신 후 탈기수로 세척하는 단계;(iii) NaOH에 의하여 pH가 중화된 1.0M의 염화철(ferric chloride)(FeCl3ㆍ6H2O) 용액 1l에 상기 (ii)에서 탈기수로 세척된 제올라이트를 넣고 강하게 10시간 이상 교반하는 단계;(iv) (iii)의 상징수를 조심스럽게 따라 버린 후 0.5mM의 NaCl 용액 1l를 부어넣고 24 시간 방치하는 단계;(v) (iv)의 상징수를 조심스럽게 따라 버린 후 0.5mM의 NaCl 용액 1l를 부어넣고 24 시간 방치하는 것을 5회 반복하는 단계;(vi) 얻어진 나노미터 수준의 철이 화학적으로 부착된 제올라이트를 건조시키는 단계.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 나노미터 수준의 철이 부착된 제올라이트를 포함하는 반응벽체:(i) 제올라이트를 증류수를 이용하여 3시간 동안 세척하는 단계;(ii) 상기 (i)에서 세척된 제올라이트를 1.0M의 염화철(ferric chloride)(FeCl3ㆍ6H2O) 용액에 넣고, 2시간 동안 천천히 교반시키며 제올라이트의 내부 구조에 상기 염화철(ferric chloride)(FeCl3ㆍ6H2O) 용액이 충분히 스며들도록 하는 단계;(iii) 상기 (ii)의 용액에 1.6M의 소듐 보로하이드라이드(NaBH4) 용액을 교반하면서 첨가시켜 제올라이트의 내부구조 중에 식(6)과 같은 Fe0의 침전이 발생하도록 유도하는 단계.Fe(H2O)6 3-+ 3BH4-+ 3H2O → Fe0↓ + 3B(OH)3+ 10.5H2식(6)
- 다음의 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 나노미터 수준의 철이 부착된 제올라이트를 포함하는 반응벽체:(i) 제올라이트를 증류수를 이용하여 3시간 동안 세척하는 단계;(ii) 제올라이트 2g을 농도가 0.5∼2M인 페릭 나이트레이트(ferric nitrate)(Fe(NO3)3ㆍ9H2O) 용액 500ml에 함침시켜 24시간 동안 교반하는 단계;(iii) 상기 (ii)의 상징수를 버리고 제올라이트를 증류수(deionized water)로 세척하는 단계;(iv) (ii)와 (iii)의 단계를 4회 반복하는 단계;(v) (iv)의 제올라이트를 80℃에서 건조하는 단계;(vi) (v)의제올라이트를 450℃에서 소성하는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노미터 수준의 철이 부착된 제올라이트를 포함하여 이루어지는 반응벽체는 상기 나노미터 수준의 철이 부착된 제올라이트를 포함하는 반응물질과 흙과의 혼합비는 중량으로 5∼20 : 1의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노미터 수준의 철이 부착된 제올라이트를 이용한 오염물의 정화방법.
