Claims (6)
- 서열번호 2의 염기서열을 갖는 파이타아제 유전자를 pET-22b(+)의 외래 유전자 삽입부위에 삽입하여 얻어진 pET-Bph 발현벡터를 E. Coli BL 21 (DE3)에 형질전환시켜 얻어진 대장균 형질전환체 (기탁번호 KCTC 8985P).
