Claims (14)
- 일측방향으로 전진하는 무단중간매체(7)로부터 수상물질(11)로 토너화상(8,8')을 이송하기 위한 장치로서, 토너화상(8,8')이 화상형성단(4,5,6)에서 적어도 하나의 화상형성요소(1,2,3)에 의하여 중간매체(7)에 도층되고 화상이송단(9)에서 고정되어 있는 수상물질(11)의 스트립으로 이송되는 토너화상이송장치에 있어서, 중간매체(7)가 화상형성단(1,2,3)에서 연속이동하고, 중간매체(7)의 전진방향에서 보았을 때에 인장로울러(18)(19)로 구성되는 루우프형성수단이 화상이송단(9,10)에서 중간매체(7)의 전진을 주기적으로 정지시키기 위하여 화상형성단(3)과 화상이송단(9)사이와 화상이송단(9)과 화상형성단(1)사이에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 토너화상이송장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 루우프형성수단(18,19)이 중간매체(7)에 하나이상의 루우프를 형성할 수 있고, 이러한 루우프는 화상이송단(9,10)을 따라 연장되며, 수상물질스트립(11)으로 토너화상(8)의 이송이 중간매체(7)의 전지방향에서 보았을 때에 중간매체(7)에서 토너화상의 선단변부로부터 중간매체(7)에서 토너화상의 후단변부측으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각 루우프형성수단(18,19)이 중간매체(7)를 안내하고 긴장시키는 인장로울러들로 구성되고, 이들 인장로울러는 수상물질스트립(11)이 위치하는 평면과 예각 α을 이루는 진로로 이동됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 예각 α이 서로 동일함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 화상형성단(1,2,3)이 수상물질스트립(11)이 위치하는 평면(10)에 평행하고 이로부터 거리 H에서 거리(ℓ)만큼 연장되며, 예각 α이 다음식을 만족시킴을 특징으로 하는 장치.(여기에서 β는 중간매체 7와 수상물질스트립 11이 놓이는 평면 10사이의 내각이다)
- 제3항에 있어서, 예각 α이 35˚- 40˚사이의 값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 예각 β가 15˚- 20˚사이의 값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 중간매체(7)를 긴장시키는 각 인장로울러(18,19)가 중간매체(7)를 긴장시키는 힘(F)을 받으며, 이 힘을 수상물질스트립(11)이 놓이는평면(10)과 예각 α을 이루는 진로에서 가하여짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소형의 압력로울러(16)가 토너화상(8,8')을 이송하기 위하여 화상이송단(9)에서 수상물질(11)에 대하여 중간매체(7)를 가압토록 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 압력로울러(16)가 약 6mm의 직경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 압력로울러(16)가 감마물질로 피복된 채널(35)내에 착설됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 압력로울러(16)를 구동시키기 위한 구동장치가 구동축(52)에 형성된 육각공(51)과 압력로울러(16)에 형성된 육각공(50)에 각각 삽입되는 구 상단부(48,49)를 갖는 육각축(47)의 커플링으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가열요소(46)가 열의 영향하에 토너화상(8,8')을 이송하기 위하여 이동하는 화상이송단(9)의 직전에 고정되어 있는 수상물질(11)을 가열토록 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화상이송단(9)을 형성하는 평면판(10)이 제공되고, 이는 화상이송중에 수상물질스트립(11)을 고정시키기 위하여 전압에 연결가능한 전극패턴을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
