Claims (3)
- 삭제
- 폴리머 도파로열 격자 파장 다중/역다중 광 소자를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,반도체 기판 상에 폴리머 도파로 하부 클래드층과 폴리머 도파로 코아층을 순차적으로 도포하는 단계;상기 결과물 상에 SiNx 또는 SiO2물질을 사용한 식각 마스크용 절연막 패턴을 형성하는 단계;상기 절연막 패턴을 건식 식각 마스크로 이용하여 상기 폴리머 코아층의 일부를 식각하여 폴리머 도파로 패턴을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 결과물 상에 폴리머 도파로 상부 클래드층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 도파로열 광 소자의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절연막 패턴의 두께는,대략 0.1∼1㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 도파로열 광 소자의 제조방법.
