Claims (4)
- 입력축에 스플라인 결합되는 허브와, 상기 허브의 외주에서 축 방향으로 이동되고 상기 허브와 함께 회전되는 싱크로나이저 슬리브와, 상기 싱크로나이저 슬리브와 함께 회전하면서 싱크로나이저 슬리브 이동시 키이의 축 방향 작용력을 받는 싱크로나이저 링과, 스피드 기어와 일체로 형성되고 상기 싱크로나이저 링과 동기된 후 싱크로나이저 슬리브와 결합되어 입력축의 구동력을 스피드 기어로 전달하는 클러치 기어와, 상기 허브와 상기 싱크로나이저 링 사이에 개재되어 상기 싱크로나이저 슬리브가 상기 클러치 기어에 결합될 때 상기 싱크로나이저 링과 상기 클러치 기어에 드래그 포스를 주는 드래그 포스 발생 수단을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속기 동기장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 드래그 포스 발생 수단은 상기 허브와 상기 싱크로나이저 링 사이에 서로 대향되도록 설치되어 상기 싱크로나이저 링이 상기 클러치 기어측으로 향하는 작용력을 가지도록 하는 제1플레이트 스프링 및 제2플레이트 스프링으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속기 동기장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제1플레이트 스프링 및 제2플레이트 스프링은 원추형으로 형성되고, 탄성력이 발생되도록 그 내주에는 다수의 절개부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속기 동기장치.
