Description
Claims (12)
- (1) 물유리, 오일, 축광제가 균일하게 분산되도록 균질화기를 이용해서 RPM = 1,000 ~ 10,000, 1 ~ 5시간 혼합시키는 단계;(2) 상기 혼합물에 유화제를 넣고, 상기 축광제가 상기 물유리 내에 균일하게 함침되도록 균질화기를 이용해서 RPM = 1,000 ~ 10,000, 2 ~ 5시간 유화시키는 단계;(3) 상기 유화물에 암모늄염을 첨가하여 SiO2를 중합시키는 단계;(4) 상기 혼합 슬러리 내의 유기물을 제거하고, pH를 조절하기 위한 단계;(5) 상기 슬러리를 여과, 세정, 건조하여 다공성 실리카 복합 분체를 제조하는 단계;(6) 축광제가 함침된 다공성 실리카 내부에 타이타늄 알콕사이드를 반죽이 될 정도까지 담지시키는 단계;(7) [H2O]/[Ti(OR)4] 몰비를 크게 하여 가수 분해 속도를 최대한 빠르게 진행시켜 TiO2를 미세 균일하게 함침시키는 단계;(8) 상기 슬러리를 여과, 세정 및 건조하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품용 다기능성 복합 분체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 물유리(Na2O-SiO2)는 물유리 1호(SiO236 ~ 38 %), 2호(SiO234 ~ 36 %), 3호(SiO228 ~ 30 %) 및 4호(SiO223 ~ 25 %)로 구성된 군 중에서 선택하여서 되는 복합 분체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 오일은 CnH2n+2(n = 6 ~ 50)중에서 선택되는 복합 분체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 축광제는,SrAl2O4: Eu++,ZnS : Cu++및 AlS : Cu++로 구성된 군에서 선택하여서 되는 복합 분체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유화제는 Alacel #20(sorbitan monolaurate), Alacel #40(sorbitan monopalmitate), Alacel #60(sorbitan monostearate), Alacel #80(sorbitan monooleate) 및 Alacel #83(sorbitan sesguioleate)로 이루어진 군에서 선택하여서 되는 복합 분체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 암모늄염은 NH4Cl, (NH4)2SO4및 NH4HCO3으로 구성된 군에서 선택하여서 되는 복합 분체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 암모늄염/ Na2O의 몰비가 1 ~ 10인 복합 분체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산은 질산, 염산, 황산 및 불산으로 구성된 군에서 선택하여서 되는 복합 분체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 타이타늄 알콕사이드는 타이타늄 에톡사이드, 타이타늄 프로폭사이드, 타이타늄 이소프로폭사이드, 타이타늄 부톡사이드 및 타이타늄 2-에틸헥소사이드로 구성된 군에서 선택하여서 되는 복합 분체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 [H2O]/[Ti(OR)4] 몰비는 10 ~ 500으로 하여서 되는 복합 분체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단계에서, 축광제의 함량은 전체 중량의 1 ~ 60 중량%, TiO259 ~ 1 중량%, SiO240 중량%인 복합 분체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단계에서, TiO2의 함량이 전체 중량의1 ~ 60 중량%, 축광제 59 ~ 1 중량%, SiO240 중량%인 복합 분체의 제조 방법.
