Abstract
본 발명은 세정성분으로서 음이온 계면활성제 10∼30 중량％, 비이온 계면활성제 3∼15중량％ 및 활택제 5∼40 중량％를 함유하는 정제형 세제로서, 초산나트륨 3H2O와 무수초산나트륨를 10∼30중량％ 함유하며, 초산나트륨 3H2O / 무수 초산나트륨의 비가 1/5 ∼ 5/1이며, 붕해제를 0.1∼10중량％ 함유함을 특징으로 하는 정제형 세제 조성물에 관한 것이다.

종래의 세제들은 주로 분말상 또는 액상으로 되어 있기 때문에 사용 시 분진이 발생되고 손에 묻어서 위생적이지 못하며, 계량용기를 사용하여야 하는 불편이 따른다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 일정량의 세제를 타정하여 정제형으로 제조하는 기술이 최근 개발되었다. 이러한 정제형 세제는 취급이 용이하고 분진이 나지 않으며 사용시 손에 묻지 않고 과량사용을 방지할 수 있는 잇점이 있다.
그러나 이러한 정제형 세제를 세탁수에 투입하였을 때 빨리 용해되어야 그 효과를 나타낼 수 있다. 또한 운반, 저장 시 정제가 깨어지지 않도록 하기 위하여 높은 압력을 가하여 타정할 경우에는 정제가 쉽게 용해되지 않고, 정제의 용해성을 향상시키기 위하여 낮은 압력으로 타정할 경우에는 운반, 저장상의 파손으로 인하여 상품 가치가 떨어진다는 단점이 발생된다.
영국특허 GB2318575-A호에서는 정제형 세제의 제조 방법으로 초산나트륨 (sodium acetate) 3H20과 시트르산 나트륨(sodium citrate) 2H20을 7∼50중량％ 함유하고 가용성 바인더(water soluble binder)를 2∼20중량％ 함유하면서 초산나트륨의 입자사이즈를 0.3㎜ 이상으로 하는 경우 붕해성이 우수하다고 기술되어 있다. 또한 영국 특허GB2320544-A호에서는 상온에서 1000cps 이하의 점도를 갖는 액상을 사용하고, 기공의 비율이 5％이상이 되도록 제조하고, 가용성 바인더로 탄산나트륨, 시트르산 나트륨 등을 15∼85 중량％ 사용하여 붕해력을 향상 시켰다고 설명하고 있다. 그러나 이들 제조방법은 유럽의 드럼형태의 세탁기에 적합하며, 세탁시간이 짧고 저온인 우리나라의 세탁조건에는 잘 맞지 않는다. 이들 세제들은 계면활성제의 함량이 낮고 표백제를 함유하여 유럽에 적합한 정제형 세제들이다.
또한 일본특허 9-87696호에서는 비이온 계면활성제가 융점 40℃이하로 HLB가 9∼16인 AE 10∼35％와 흡유량 30∼70㎖/100g으로 Na, Ca 형태의 몬모릴노나이트, 활성 벤토나이트 3∼10％을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제형 비이온 세제의 조성물이 기술되어 있으나 이 특허는 비이온의 용출을 최소화하는 것을 특징으로 하고 있으며, 또한 압축 시 비이온이 빌더(builder)와의 융착 현상으로 인하여 정제형 세제를 물에 투입 시 붕해가 잘되지 않는 현상이 발생한다
이에 본 발명자들은 상술한 선행기술의 단점들을 해소하기 위하여 수많은 연구와 실험을 거듭한 결과, 초산나트륨 3H2O 와 초산나트륨 3H2O를 건조한 것(이하 무수초산나트륨으로 표기하며, 초산나트륨 3H2O를 단독 혹은 다른 물질과 혼합하여 스프레이 드라이어(spray dryer), 트레이 드라이어(tray dryer), 텀블 드라이어(tumble dryer)등의 건조방법을 사용하여 건조하는 모든 것을 총칭함)을 10∼30중량％ 함유하고 초산나트륨 3H2O / 무수초산나트륨의 비가 1/5 ∼ 5/1의 비율로 사용할 경우 붕해속도가 빠르게 되고, 또한 초산나트륨 3H2O와 무수 초산나트륨를 각각 단독으로 사용할 경우보다는 적정비율로 사용 시 세정 및 분해 효과가 더 우수함을 밝혀내고 본 발명을 완성하였다.
본 발명은 세정성분으로 음이온 계면활성제 10∼30중량％, 비이온 계면활성제 3∼15중량％ 및 활택제 5∼40 중량％ 함유하는 정제형 세제로, 초산나트륨 3H2O와 무수 초산나트륨을 10∼30중량％ 함유하며, 초산나트륨 3H2O와 무수 초산나트륨의 비가 1/5∼5/1이며, 붕해제를 0.1∼10중량％ 함유함을 특징으로 하는 정제형 세제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
이하 본 발명의 정제형 세제조성물에 대하여 구체적으로 설명한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 음이온 계면활성제 10∼30중량％, 비이온 계면활성제 3∼15중량％ 및 활택제 5∼40중량％ 함유하며, 초산나트륨 3H2O와 무수 초산나트륨을 10∼30중량％ 함유하고, 초산나트륨 3H2O / 무수 초산나트륨의 비가 1/5∼5/1의 비율로 사용할 경우 붕해속도가 빠른 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이 정제형 세제에 사용한 붕해제로서 폴리비닐 폴리피롤리돈(PVPP), Ca-CMC, 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로오스, Na-CMC, 스타치(starch), 가교결합(cross-linked)Na-CMC 및 셀룰로오스 유도체중에서 선택 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명에 사용할 수 있는 음이온 계면활성제로는 직쇄형알킬벤젠설폰산염(: R=C10-C14알킬),
지방산염(R-CH2-COONa : R=C14-C16알킬),
알칸설폰산염(R1=CH-SO3Na : R1=C11-C18알킬),
알파올레핀설폰산염(R-CH=CH-(CH2)n-SO3Na, n=9-15의 정수이고, R=C12-C18알킬)
중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 언급할 수 있다.
음이온 계면활성제의 사용량이 10중량％미만이면 세정력이 저하되고 30중량％이상이면 결합력이 강화되어 붕해속도가 감소된다. 또한 비이온 계명활성제로는, 알킬에톡실레이트 (R-CH-CH2-O(CH2-CH2-O)nH, 옥소알콜폴리에틸렌글리콜에테르
지방산알칸올아미드
등을 사용할 수 있다. 비이온 계면활성제의 함량이 3중량％ 이하이면 유성오염에 대한 세정력이 떨어지고, 15중량％이상이면 비이온의 빌더와의 융착 현상으로 정제(tablet)의 붕해가 잘되지 않는다. 상기 언급된 계면활성제의 세척력을 증진시키기 위하여 빌더로서 탄산염(예를 들어, 탄산나트륨(Na2CO3) 또는 탄산수소나트륨(NaHCO3)), 규산염(예를 들어, 층상 결정(layered crystalline) α-Na2SiO3또는 β-Na2SiO3), 인산염(예를 들어, 오르토인산, 피로인산, 트리폴리포스포릭애시드, 테트라폴리포스포릭애시드 또는 이들의 염), 포스폰산염(예를 들어, 디에티렌트리아민펜타메틸렌포스포네이트, 아미노트리메틸렌포스포네이트, 1-하이드록시에틸렌-1, 1-디포스포네이드), 니트릴로트리아세트산 또는 그의 염, 에틸렌디아민테트라아세트산 또는 그의 염, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오즈, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리비닐폴리돈, 폴리아크릴산 또는 그의 염, 말레인산과 비닐에테르의 공중합체 또는 그의 염 또는 황산염 등을 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 정제형 세제 조성물은 상기 언급한 구성성분 이외에도 첨가제로 형광증백제(예를 들어, 스틸벤계, 비페닐계, 피라졸린계, 푸마린계 또는 퀴놀론계), 효소제(예를 들어, 프로테아제, 아밀라제, 리파아제 또는 셀룰라아제), 기포조절제(예를 들어, 지방산계, 실리콘계, 파라핀왁스계) 등을 0.5∼10중량％ 사용할 수 있다. 첨가제의 함량이 0.5％미만이면 첨가제의 성능을 발휘할 수 없고 10％이상이면 가격이 고가이어서 비경제적이다.
또한 초산나트륨 3H2O와 무수 초산나트륨을 10∼30중량％, 초산나트륨 3H2O/무수 초산나트륨의 비가 1/5∼5/1의 비율로 함유할 때 붕해속도가 가장 빠르다. 초산나트륨3H2O와 무수 초산나트륨을 10중량％ 미만으로 사용 시에는 붕해력이 떨어지며, 30중량％ 이상 사용 시에는 장기 안정성이 나빠져 정제의 형태가 변형될 수 가 있다. 초산나트륨 3H2O와 무수 초산나트륨은 붕해제를 추가로 10중량％ 미만으로 사용 시 효과를 증대시킬 수 있다. 이때 사용할 수 있는 붕해제로는 폴리비닐 폴리피롤리돈(PVPP), Ca-CMC, 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로오스, Na-CMC, 스타치(Starch), 소듐 스타치 글루코네이트(sodium starch gluconate), 가교결합 Na-CMC, 폴리소듐 아크릴레이트(polysodium acrylate), 셀룰로오스 유도체 중에서 단독 혹은 1종이상을 혼합하여 사용될 수 있으며 0.1∼10중량％ 사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 10중량％ 이상으로 붕해제를 사용할 경우 생산단가의 상승을 초래함으로 경제적이지 못하다.
이하 본 발명을 실시예에 의해 구체적으로 설명한다. 그러나 이들 실시예가 본 발명의 기술적 범위를 한정하는 것은 아니다.
(실시예)
하기 표 1에 나타낸 성분 및 함량을 가진 세제 조성물과 초산나트륨 3H2O를 함유한 세제 슬러리(고형분 : 60 중량％)를 향류식 분무 건조탑의 상부로 부터 하향 분사하여 비이드상의 건조 분말을 제조하였다.

상기의 세제 제조 방법은 Na2CO3와 건조분말 A, B를 통상의 세제 제조 믹서(Mixer)에 넣은 후 LAS를 투입하여 중화 후 AOS 파우더를 투입하고 제올라이트(Zeolite)를 사용하여 표면개질을 하여 제품을 만든 후 초산나트륨 3H2O와 붕해제 및 기타 첨가물을 투입하여 균일하게 섞은 다음 정제형 세제를 제조하였다.
(실험예 1) 정제형 세제의 세척력 및 붕해력시험
비교예 1내지 4 및 실시예 1 내지 4에 따라 제조된 정제형 세제를 다음과 같은 조건하에 그 세정력 및 붕해력을 평가하였다.
1) 세정력 평가 시험
세척기기 : Terg-O-Tometer
세정온도 : 25℃
세 척 수 : 경도 80ppm Ca++, 20ppm Mg++
욕 비 : 4.5ｇ 오염포/ℓ세정수
오 염 포 : EMPA Art No. 102
(올리브유, 카본블랙/혼방(폴리에스테르/면))
세제농도 : 0.67/ℓ
평 가 : 비교예 1을 100으로 하여 세정력 환산
2) 붕해성 평가
붕해성은 1ℓ비이커 속에 10㎝ 높이에 Tablet세제가 위치될 수 있도록 제작된 삼발이를 만든 후 제조된 삼발이에 정제형 세제를 삼발이의 중앙에 놓고, 비이커에 물을 채운 후 비이커에 넣는다.
정제형 세제가 삼발이에서 붕해되어 완전이 떨어지는 시간을 측정하여 붕해시간으로 한다.

상기 표 3의 결과로부터 알 수 있듯이, 본 발명에 따른 정제형 세제(실시예 1 내지 4)는 세정력은 비교예와 동등 이상을 나타내며, 붕해시간이 빨라 쉽게 붕해됨으로 세탁기에서 쉽게 사용할 수 있다.
이상과 같은 본 발명에 따른 정제형 세제조성물은 의류 등의 세탁시 세정력이 우수하고 붕해시간이 빨라 쉽게 붕해되는 효과가 있다.
Claims (2)
- 음이온 계면활성제 10∼30중량％, 비이온 계면활성제 3∼15중량％ 및 활택제 5∼40중량％를 함유하는 정제형 세제 조성물에 있어서, 초산나트륨3H2O와 무수초산나트륨을 혼합하여 10∼30중량％ 함유하며, 초산나트륨3H2O와 무수초산나트륨의 혼합비가 1/5∼5/1이며, 또한 붕해제를 0.1∼10중량％ 함유함을 특징으로 하는 정제형 세제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 붕해제로는 폴리비닐 폴리피롤리돈(PVPP), Ca-CMC, 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로오스, Na-CMC, 스타치(starch), 소듐 스타치 글루코네이트(sodium starch gluconate), 가교결합 Na-CMC, 폴리소듐 아크릴레이트 및 셀룰로오스 유도체 중에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 정제형 세제 조성물.
