Claims (11)
- a. 염화비닐로부터 유도된 유니트를 최소 80중량% 포함하는 중합체 100부.b. 다단계 충격 조절제의 제1 단계는1. 부틸아크릴레이트로부터 유도된 유니트 60-80중량%,2. 알킬기가 8-12개의 탄소원자로 된 알킬아크릴레이트로부터 유도된 유니트 20-40중량%;를포함하는 총 단계의 75-95중량%를 포함하며;다단계 충격조절제의 최종 단계는 C1-C4알킬 메타크릴레이트로부터 유도된 유니트를 최소 50중량% 함유하는 공중합체로; 된 다단계 충격 조절제 2-30부를 포함하며;다단계 충격 조절제의 제1 단계는 실질적으로 부틸아크릴레이트로부터 유도된 유니트 100중량%를 함유하거나 혹은 실질적으로 알킬기가 8-12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 아크릴레이트로부터 유도된 유니트 100중량%를 함유하는 것을 제외하고는 조성과 입자크기가 같은 대조(control) 혼합물에 비하여 내충격성이 우수한 강화된 혼합물
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 염화비닐로 된 중합체는 염화비닐 단일 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 혼합물
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 알킬기에 8-12개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬아크릴레이트는 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 혼합물
- 제1항에 있어서,나아가 상기 다단계 충격 조절제의 제1 단계는 최소 두개의 컨쥬게이션되지 않은 공중합 가능한 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 함유하는 단량체로 부터 유도된 유니트를 최고 5중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 혼합물
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 최소 두개의 컨쥬게이션되지 않은 공중합 가능한 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 함유하는 단량체는 0.5-5.0중량%로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 혼합물
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 최소 두개의 컨쥬게이션되지 않은 공중합 가능한 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 함유하는 단량체는CH2= CH - C(O) - O -, CH2= C(CH3) - C(O) - O, 혹은 CH2= CH - CH2- O -구조로 된 최소 하나의 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 혼합물
- 제l항에 있어서,다단계 충격 조절제의 최종 단계는 실질적으로 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 단일중합체임을 특징으로 하는 혼합물
- 제1항에 있어서,다단계 충격 조절제의 최종 단계는 메틸메타크릴레이트와 0.3-1.0중량%로 존재하는 최소 두개의 컨쥬게이션되지 않은 공중합가능한 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 함유하는 공당량체로 된 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 혼합물
- 제1항에 있어서,제1 단계의 입자크기는 400nm 미만이며, 제1 단계 공중합체를 총 단계의 85-92 중량%로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 혼합물
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 최종단계는 나아가 메르캅탄 사슬전달제로부터 유도된 유니트를 0.05-1.0중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 혼합물
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 압출 혹은 사출-성형된 물품 형태임을 특징으로 하는 혼합물
