Claims (6)
- 우레탄 변성된 친수성 다관능 아크릴레이트계 또는 메타아크릴레이트계 올리고머 20 내지 80 중량부;광중합 개시제 0.5 내지 6 중량부;유기용매 14 내지 75 중량부; 및첨가제 0.001 내지 3 중량부를 포함하는 안개서림 방지 및 내마모성 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 우레탄 변성된 친수성 다관능 아크릴레이트계 또는 메타아크릴레이트계 올리고머는 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물, 폴리히드록시 화합물 및 분자당 하나의 히드록실기 및 하나 이상의 아크릴로일기 또는 메타아크릴로일기를 함유하는 모노히드록시 화합물을 반응시켜 수득된 화합물로서, 올리고머 하나당 아크릴레이트 또는 메타아크릴레이트 관능기 수가 3 내지 10인 피복 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 우레탄 변성된 친수성 다관능 아크릴레이트계 또는 메타아크릴레이트계 올리고머의 분자량이 500 내지 7,000이고, 점도가 25℃에서 1,000 내지 1,000,000cps인 피복 조성물.
- 기질의 표면에 피복 조성물을 도포하고, 상기 도포된 피복 조성물을 자외선으로 경화시켜 피막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 안개서림 방지 및 내마모성 피복 형성방법에 있어서,상기 피복 조성물이 우레탄 변성된 친수성 다관능 아크릴레이트께 또는 메타아크릴레이트계 올리고머 20 내지 80 중량부; 광중합 개시제 0.5 내지 6 중량부; 유기용매 14 내지 75 중량부; 및 첨가제 0.001 내지 3 중량부를 포함하는 것인 안개서림 방지 및 내마모성 피막 형성 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기질의 표면에 형성된 피막의 두께가 최종 경화 후 1 내지 30㎛인 피막 형성 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기질이 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 수지, 폴리카보네이트 수지, 폴리아릴 디글리콜 카보네이트 수지, 폴리스티렌 수지, 아크릴로니트릴 스티렌 공중합 수지, 폴리염화비닐 수지, 아세테이트 수지, ABS수지 및 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 피막 형성 방법.
