Claims (2)
- 중량%로 탄소 : 0.015∼0.1%, 황 : 0.015% 이하, 질소 : 0.015% 이하, 인 : 0.05∼0.1%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 알루미늄 킬드강에 Nb : 0.005∼0.1%, Ti : 0.05∼0.15%의 범위 내에서 하기 식,X = Nb - 7.75[C - (Ti - 3.42N - 1.5S)/4]에 의해 계산된 X값이 -0.25∼0이 되도록 합금첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 70kg/mm2급 회복소둔형 고강도 구조용 박강판.
- 중량%로 탄소 : 0.015∼0.1%, 황 : 0.015% 이하, 질소 : 0.015% 이하, 인 : 0.05∼0.1%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 알루미늄 킬드강에 Nb : 0.005∼0.1%, Ti : 0.05∼0.15%의 범위 내에서 X = Nb - 7.75[C - (Ti - 3.42N - 1.5S)/4]의 식에 의해 계산된 X값이 -0.25∼0이 되도록 합금첨가된 강을, 연속주조하는 단계와;열연재가열 단계를 거치지 않고 고온상태의 슬라브를 10∼30분간 유지한 후, 열간압연하는 단계와;650℃ 이하의 온도에서 권취하는 단계와;강판중에 극미세 석출물을 다량 형성시킨 강을 이용하여 통상의 방법으로 산세 및 냉간압연 하는 단계와;680∼730℃의 온도범위에서 소둔하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열간직송압연법에 의한 70kg/mm2급 회복소둔형 고강도 구조용 박강판의 제조방법.
