Claims (10)
- 촉진제, 틱소트로피제, 충전제로 이루어진 첨가제와, 경화제 또는 가교 결합제 및 결합제로 구성되고, 코팅물질은 50℃ 미만의 온도에서 점착성이 없고 그리고 반고체 내지 고체상태이고 그리고 50℃ 초과온도에서 연화되는 단일성분의, 듀로 플라스틱 경화성 코팅화합물에 있어서, 코팅화합물은, 500 내지 250,000의 평균 분자량(Mw), 50℃ 이상의 용융점 또는 연화점, 그리고 -20℃ 이상의 유리전이온도를 가진 화학적으로 경화되는 결합제를 가지고 있고 따라서 적어도 하나의 결합제는 반응기로서 에폭시드기를 함유하고 결합제는 80 내지 250℃의 온도 범위에서 경화되고 그리고 15초 이내에 최종고정성의 10%이상을 달성하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 배면결합제는 다단계로 경화 또는 가교결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅화합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 배면결합제는 상이하게 경화되거나 가교결합된 구조적 성질을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅화합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 배면결합제는 반응성 에폭시드기 또는 에틸렌성 불포화기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅화합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 배면결합제는 가교결합되지 않은 상태에서 -20℃ 이상의 유리전이온도(Tg)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅화합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 코팅화합물은 경화제 또는 촉진제로서 방향족 아민과 루이스산의 조합을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅화합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서 코팅화합물은 경화제 및 촉진제로서 일반식(식중에서 M = 금속이온, L = 리간드, SR = 잔류산 이온, B = 루이스 염기, x = 1 내지 8의 수, y = 1 내지 5의 수, z = 7 내지 9의 수)의 착체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅화합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 코팅화합물은 탄소물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅화합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 화합물은 단일한 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅화합물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 코팅화합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 용융가능한 성분은 그 용융점으로 사전가열되고 그리고 경화제성분은 반응개시온도에서 용융상태로 균일하게 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
