Claims (7)
- 한세눌라 폴리모르파 DL1(ATCC 26012) 유래의 카르복시펩티다아제 α를 코딩하는 서열 3에 기재된KEX1유전자.
- 제 1항 기재의KEX1유전자가 코딩하는 재조합 카르복시펩티다아제 α(Carboxypeptidase α)단백질.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 재조합 카르복시펩티다아제 α 단백질은 그 펩티드가 분비 시그널로 사용될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 재조합 카르복시펩티다아제 α 단백질.
- 서열 3의 유전자KEX1이 포함된 플라스미드 pKH3.9에 한세눌라 폴리모르파URA3유전자 팝아웃카세트를 삽입하여 상기KEX1유전자가 디스럽션 되도록 제작한 재조합 벡터 pKUZ.
- 제 4항에 기재된 재조합 벡터 pKUZ에 의해 형질전환된 한세눌라 폴리모르파 DL1 카르복시펩티다아제 α 변이주.
- 제 5항에 기재된 재조합 벡터 pKUZ에 의해 형질전환된 한세눌라 폴리모르파 DL1 카르복시펩티다아제 α 변이주에 외래 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 도입하여메탄올 배지에서 배양함을 특징으로 하는 외래 단백질 발현방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 외래 단백질이 인간표피성장인자(hEGF)임을 특징으로 하는 외래 단백질 발현방법.
