- 우육 29.786중량%와 돈육 44.679중량% 분쇄한 것을 후추 0.104중량%와 마늘 간 것 0.745중량% 간 것에 혼합하고, 2.85중량%의 젓갈이 사용된 PH 4.7의 김치 다진 것 8.192중량%, 빵가루 11.170중량%, 계란 4.468중량%, 양겨자 0.521중량%, 우스터소스 0.335중량%를 더 넣어 버무린 후, 15g 씩 떼어내 성형틀에 동그랗게 찍어내어 냉동시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 미니김치햄버거 제조방법.
