Claims (10)
- - 차량 시트(81)에 있는 탑승자를 보호하기 위한 에어백(41)을 구비하며,- 상기 에어백(41)이 팽창 시에 펼쳐지는 위험 영역에서 물체 또는 탑승자의 존재를 검출하는 센서(3)를 구비하며,- 상기 차량 시트(81)에 할당된 벨트 장치(0)의 풀어진 벨트 길이(GUR)를 위한 센서(02)를 구비하며,- 상기 위험 영역에 있는 물체 또는 탑승자의 검출에 의존하여 그리고 검출된 벨트 길이(GUR)에 의존하여 상기 에어백(41)의 팽창을 조절하는 평가 장치(5)를 구비하는 차량 내에서 탑승자를 보호하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 평가 장치(5)가 실제로 측정된 벨트 길이와 그 이전 시점에서 측정된 벨트 길이에 의존하는 벨트 길이 변화량을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 내 탑승자를 보호하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 위험 영역에서 물체 또는 탑승자의 존재를 검출하기 위한 센서(3)가 적외선 센서로서 형성되어 있는 차량 내 탑승자를 보호하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,- 충돌 검출 장치(6)를 구비하며,- 상기 차량 시트(81)에 놓이는 중량에 대한 중량 검출 장치(1)를 구비하며,- 이 경우 상기 평가 장치(5)가 검출된 충돌에 의존하여 그리고 검출된 중량(GEW)에 의존하여 상기 에어백(41)의 팽창을 조절하는 차량 내 탑승자를 보호하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,- 상기 차량 시트에 놓이는 어린이 시트를 검출하기 위한 장치(1)를 구비하며,- 이 경우 상기 평가 장치(5)가 어린이 시트 검출 장치(1)로부터 제공되는 상태 신호(KISI)에 의존하여 상기 에어백(41)의 팽창을 조절하는 차량 내 탑승자를 보호하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,- 상기 에어백(41)이 다단계로 팽창되고 그리고- 상기 에어백(41)의 팽창의 조절은 팽창시키는 단계를 선택하는 것을 포함하고 있는 차량 내 탑승자를 보호하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,상기 에어백(41)이 다단계로 팽창되고, 그리고상기 위험 영역에서 물체 또는 탑승자가 검출되면 그리고 검출된 벨트 길이(GUR) 또는 검출된 벨트 길이 변화량이 문턱값을 초과하면, 상기 평가 장치(5)가 충돌로 야기된 에어백(41)의 팽창을 억누르거나 충돌로 인한 상기 에어백(41)의 팽창을 제 1 용적 단계까지만 허용하는 차량 내 탑승자를 보호하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,위험 영역에서 물체 또는 탑승자가 검출되면 그리고 상기 검출된 벨트 길이(GUR) 또는 검출된 벨트 길이 변화량이 문턱값에 미달하면, 상기 평가 장치(5)가 충돌로 야기된 상기 에어백(41)의 팽창을 허용하는 차량 내 탑승자를 보호하기 위한 장치.
- - 에어백(41)이 팽창 시에 펼쳐지는 위험 영역에서 물체 또는 탑승자의 존재가 센서(3)를 통해 검출되며,- 차량 시트(81)에 할당된 벨트 장치(0)의 풀어진 벨트 길이(GUR)가 센서(02)를 통해 검출되며,- 평가 장치(5)가 위험 영역에서 물체 또는 탑승자의 검출에 의존하여 그리고 검출된 벨트 길이(GUR)에 의존하여 상기 에어백(41)의 팽창을 조절하는 차량에서 에어백의 팽창을 조절하기 위한 방법에 있어서,- 상기 평가 장치(5)가 실제로 측정된 벨트 길이와 그 이전 시점에서 측정된 벨트 길이에 의존하는 벨트 길이 변화량을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 내 에어백의 팽창을 조절하기 위한 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,- 상기 에어백(41)이 다단계로 팽창되고 그리고- 상기 에어백(41)의 팽창의 조절은 팽창시키는 단계를 선택하는 것을 포함하고 있는 차량 내 에어백의 팽창을 조절하기 위한 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 에어백(41)은 다단계로 팽창되고, 그리고물체 또는 탑승자가 위험 영역에서 검출되면 그리고 상기 검출된 벨트 길이(GUR) 또는 검출된 벨트 길이 변화량이 문턱값을 초과하면, 충돌로 야기된 상기 에어백(41)의 팽창이 억제되거나 또는 충돌로 야기된 상기 에어백(41)의 팽창이 제 1 용적 단계까지만 허용되는 차량 내 에어백의 팽창을 조절하기 위한 방법.
