Abstract

PURPOSE: A remote control system for a valve of a ship through PLC(power line communication) is provided to cut down expenses by integrating a power supply line and a signal transmission line, and to improve performance by controlling valve units with a solenoid control unit in series. CONSTITUTION: A remote control system for a valve is composed of valve remote-control units(300,310,320) receiving power and control signals from a power line and controlling opening of plural valve units(200,210,220); a hydraulic power package(400) increasing hydraulic pressure and supplying high pressure operating fluid to the remote control units; a power supply unit(500) supplying power to the valve remote-control units; and a main control unit(600) applying the control signals to the valve remote-control units to open and close the valve units. Valves are controlled efficiently by using the power line communication.
