Claims (4)
- 마이크로웨이브를 흡수하여 열을 발생하며, 탑재된 피가열체로 열을 전도하여 상기 피가열체를 열처리하는 발열체에 있어서,상기 발열체는 발열물질과 상기 발열물질을 바인딩하는 바인더를 가지고,상기 발열물질은 손실각이 2 ×10-4~ 7.3 × 10-1이고, 바인더/발열물질의 무게 구성비는 0.7이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발열체의 곡강도는 140Mpa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발열체의 열팽창계수는 5 ×10-6~ -5 ×10-6인 것을 특징으로 발열체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발열체의 비이커스 경도(Hv0.2)는 400이상인 것을 특징으로 발열체.
