Claims (9)
- 고강도 탄소섬유 프리프레그 유니트와 고탄성 탄소섬유 프리프레그 유니트가 혼합되어 이루어진 일방향 탄소섬유 프리프레그를 섬유축 방향으로 일정한 폭의 테이프 형태로 자른 다음 일정한 길이로 절단하여 다수의 일방향 탄소섬유 프리프레그 유니트를 준비하는 단계와,상기한 다수의 일방향 탄소섬유 프리프레그 유니트를 적층한 후 일정한 동심원을 형성하도록 원통형 롤러에 감아 "C"형 프리폼을 형성하는 단계와,외고정기기에 발생된 크랙의 진행을 방지하기 위하여 상기 "C"형 프리폼의 외주에 소정량의 주자직 또는 평직 탄소섬유 프리프레그를 권취하는 단계와,상기 프리폼을 진공장치가 부착된 압축성형기로 가열 성형하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외고정기기용 탄소섬유 보강 "C"자형 구조재의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일방향 탄소섬유 프리프레그 유니트의 프리폼과 평직 또는 주자직 프리프레그의 함량비율은 부피비로 3:1에서 8:1 범위로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 외고정기기용 탄소섬유 보강 "C"자형 구조재의 제조방법.
