Claims (9)
- 수평축을 갖는 두 개의 냉각되는 로울 (1) 과, 그 로울 (1) 의 측부 (3) 에 가압밀착되는 두 측벽 (2) 을 구비하는 형태의 얇은 금속제품의 쌍-로울 연속주조설비의 측벽지지장치로서, 로울 (1) 의 축에 평행방향으로 지시에 따라 이동할 수 있는 캐리지 (5) 와, 그 캐리지 (5) 에 의해 운반되는 추력장치 (6) 와, 상기 측벽 (2) 과 일체인 패널 (4) 을 포함하며, 상기 패널을 추력판 (8) 과 그 추력판 (8) 및 패널 (4) 에 지지된 추력부재 (9, 9', 9", 9'") 에 의해 상기 추력장치 (6) 에 연결되는 측벽 지지장치에 있어서,상기 패널 (4) 은 상기 추력판 (8) 을 관통하는 하나 이상의 타이 (11, 11') 를 구비하고, 그 타이의 자유단부에는 상기 추력판 (8) 의 배면 (14) 에 대항하여 가압될 수 있는 정지부재 (13, 13') 가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속스트립의 쌍-로울 연속주조설비의 측벽지지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 패널 (4) 이 세 개의 타이 (11, 11') 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속스트립의 쌍-로울 연속주조설비의 측벽지지장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 타이 (11, 11') 는 측벽 (2) 의 형태에 대응하는 형태를 갖는 영역에 걸쳐 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속스트립의 쌍-로울 연속주조설비의 측벽지지장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 추력부재 (9, 9', 9", 9'") 가 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속스트립의 쌍-로울 연속주조설비의 측벽지지장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 추력부재 (9, 9', 9", 9'") 가 조절되는 램인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속스트립의 쌍-로울 연속주조설비의 측벽지지장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 적어도 정해진 순간에, 상기 측벽 (2) 과 상기 로울 (1) 사이의 거리를 나타내는 값을 제공하는 하나 이상의 위치센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속스트립의 쌍-로울 연속주조설비의 측벽지지장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 위치센서는 상기 타이 (11, 11') 의 정지부재 (13, 13') 와 상기 추력판 (8) 사이의 거리를 측정하는데 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속스트립의 쌍-로울 연속주조설비의 측벽지지장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 위치센서는 정전용량형(capacitive type)센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속스트립의 쌍-로울 연속주조설비의 측벽지지장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 위치센서는 정전용량형 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속스트립의 쌍-로울 연속주조설비의 측벽지지장치.
