Claims (7)
- 서로 다른 두 파장의 펌프신호(A, B)를 발생하는 펌프신호 발생수단과, 발생된 펌프신호(A, B)를 변조하는 외부 변조수단과, 변조된 각각의 펌프신호가 분리된 상태에서 일측에서 신호를 지연시키는 지연수단 및 상기 지연수단을 통과한 펌프신호의 편광과 세기를 같게 하는 타측의 조절수단과, 두 펌프신호의 합(A+B)이 반도체 광증폭기(SOA)의 이득을 포화시킬 수 있도록 증폭하는 증폭수단과, 상기 펌프신호 합의 신호와 조사신호가 통과할 때 이득포화와 파장변환 특성에 의해 전광 NOR 논리소자의 동작특성이 얻어지는 반도체 광증폭기(SOA)와, 상기 펌프신호 발생수단과 외부 변조수단과 조절수단과 증폭수단의 후단에 연결되어 펌프신호를 결합하고 분리하는 결합/분리 수단을 포함하는 전광 NOR 논리소자 구현장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 펌프신호 발생수단은 분포 궤환형 레이저 다이오드(DFB-LD)와 파장가변 레이저 다이오드(T-LD)이고, 상기 외부 변조수단은 파형 발생기(PG)와 마흐-젠더 변조기(MZM)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전광 NOR 논리소자 구현장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 조절수단은 편광 조절기(PC)와 광감쇄기(ATTN)인것을 특징으로 하는 전광 NOR 논리소자 구현장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 펌프신호(A, B)의 파장은 1554 nm와 1555 nm이고, 조사신호의 파장은 1535 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전광 NOR 논리소자 구현장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 펌프신호(A, B)의 파장 차이(Δλ)는 반도체 광증폭기(SOA)의 이득영역 내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 전광 NOR 논리소자 구현장치.
- 두 개의 서로 다른 파장을 갖는 펌프신호(A, B)와 하나의 조사신호가 같이 반도체 광증폭기(SOA)를 통과할 때, 상기 반도체 광증폭기(SOA)의 이득포화와 파장변환 특성에 의해 전광 NOR 논리 동작이 구현됨을 특징으로 하는 전광 NOR 논리소자 구현방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 펌프신호(A, B)는 마흐-젠더 변조기(MZM)에 의해 외부 변조되어 네 개의 논리신호가 동시에 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 전광 NOR 논리소자 구현방법.
