Claims (6)
- 금속재질을 단조공정이나 다이캐스팅 방법을 이용하여 일정 크기와 두께를 갖는 금속 판 형상의 모재를 만든후 전해연마를 하고, 상기 모재와 동종 금속 또는 이종 금속으로 수회에 걸쳐서 표면처리하여 금속막을 형성시켜, 상기 모재에 전기적인 특성과 평활도를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩형 트리머 콘덴서용 로터의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표면처리의 방법으로는 전기도금, 화학도금, 금속막 코팅, 스퍼터링, 증착(Evaporation) 방법을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩형 트리머 콘덴서용 로터의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 표면처리의 한 방법으로서 상기 전기도금을 이용할 때는, 전류 밀도를 수회에 걸쳐서 변경시켜서 상기 모재의 표면에 적층되는 금속입자의 크기를 조정하여 5μm 이하의 표면조도를 갖게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩형 트리머 콘덴서용 로터의 제조방법.
- 비금속 재질을 몰드를 이용하여 성형하여 일정 크기와 두께를 갖는 모재를 만들고, 상기 모재의 표면상에 금속재료로 수회에 걸쳐서 1차 표면처리하여 전도성 피막을 형성한후 전해연마를 하고, 다시 금속재료를 이용하여 수회에 걸쳐서 2차 표면처리하여 금속막을 형성시켜, 상기 모재에 전기적인 특성과 평활도를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩형 트리머 콘덴서용 로터의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표면처리의 방법으로는 전기도금, 화학도금, 금속막 코팅, 스퍼터링, 증착 방법을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩형 트리머 콘덴서용 로터의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 표면처리의 방법으로 상기 전기도금을 이용할 때는, 전류 밀도를 수회에 걸쳐서 변경시켜서 상기 모재의 표면에 적층되는 금속입자의 크기를 조정하여 5μm 이하의 표면조도를 갖게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩형 트리머 콘덴서용 로터의 제조방법.
