Claims (10)
- 2겹 이상을 서로 대면되도록 포함하는 강하고 유연한 다겹 티슈 페이퍼 제품으로서,각각의 겹이 다겹 티슈 페이퍼 제품의 내측을 향해 배향된 내면을 갖고,상기 겹들의 내면중 하나 이상이 보강제가 침적된 표면을 가지며, 이때 보강제가표면 전체를 덮는 비교적 확산된 제 1 패턴 및 1인치당 약 0.2 내지 약 2개의 침적물 빈도를 갖는 비교적 균일한 성긴 제 2 패턴(이러한 제 2 패턴으로 생성된 제 2 침적물은 1000㎛ 이상의 직경을 갖는다)으로 침적되고,다겹 티슈 페이퍼 제품의 건조 중량에 대해 보강제의 건조 중량이 약 0.5 내지 약 10%인다겹 티슈 페이퍼 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,보강제가 전분, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리아크릴아미드 수지, 아크릴 중합체, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 비닐 아세테이트 중합체, 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 비닐 클로라이드 중합체, 비닐리덴 클로라이드 중합체, 비닐 클로라이드-비닐리덴 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 에틸렌-아크릴 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 다겹 티슈 페이퍼 제품.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,2겹을 갖는 다겹 티슈 페이퍼 제품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,겹들이 와이어면(wire side) 및 펠트면(felt side)을 포함하고, 이러한 두겹의 펠트면이 다겹 티슈 페이퍼 제품의 내면을 구성하도록 배향되는 다겹 티슈 페이퍼 제품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,보강제가 약 -30 내지 약 10℃의 유리전이온도를 갖는 탄성중합체상 중합체를 포함하는 다겹 티슈 페이퍼 제품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,겹들이 통기 건조된(through-air dried) 티슈 페이퍼 웹을 포함하는 다겹 티슈 페이퍼 제품.
- (a) 유동화된 보강제를 표면 침적에 의해 티슈 페이퍼 웹의 표면상에 표면 전체를 덮는 비교적 확산된 제 1 패턴 및 1인치당 약 0.2 내지 약 2개의 침적물 빈도를 갖는 비교적 균일한 성긴 제 2 패턴(이러한 제 2 패턴으로 생성된 제 2 침적물은 1000㎛ 이상의 직경을 갖는다)으로 피복함으로써 보강제를 약 0.5 내지 약 10%로 포함하는 표면 보강된 티슈 페이퍼 웹을 형성하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 단계 (a)에서 형성된 표면 보강된 티슈 페이퍼 웹을, 보강제를 포함하는 표면이 다겹 티슈 페이퍼 제품의 내면을 형성하도록 배향시켜 하나 이상의 추가의 티슈 페이퍼 웹과 결합시킴으로써, 티슈 페이퍼 웹의 표면이 대부분 비결합된 상태로 남아 있는 다겹 티슈 페이퍼 제품을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는,강하고 유연한 다겹 티슈 페이퍼 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,유동화된 보강제가 라텍스 유화액인 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,표면 보강된 티슈 페이퍼 웹을 고형 라텍스의 농축된 영역을 통한 결합에 의해 추가의 티슈 페이퍼 웹에 연결시키기에는 충분하지만 고형 라텍스의 균일하고 비교적 확산된 영역을 통해 결합시키기에는 불충분한 압력하에 결합시킴으로써 단계 (b)를 수행하는 방법.
