Claims (30)
- 고분자량 성분 및 저분자량 성분을 포함하는 윤활 그리스(grease) 조성물용 중합체성 농조화제로서, 농조화제가 (1) 중량 평균 분자량이 >200,000 인 프로필렌의 공중합체 또는 단독중합체 및 (2) 중량 평균 분자량이 <100,000인 프로필렌의 공중합체 또는 단독중합체의 혼합물을 포함하는 것이 특징인 중합체성 농조화제.
- 제1항에 있어서,고분자량 성분 및 저분자량 성분의 비가 1:40 내지 1:5 인 농조화제.
- 제2항에 있어서,고분자량 성분 및 저분자량 성분의 비가 1:25 내지 1:15인 농조화제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,저분자량 성분은 평균 분자량이 50,000 내지 100,000 사이이고, 용융 유속(ASTM D-1238)이 500 내지 1000인 농조화제.
- 제4항에 있어서,저분자량 성분은 용융 유속 (ASTM D-1238)이 750 내지 850인 농조화제.

- 제11항에 있어서,폴리프로필렌 단독중합체 또는 프로필렌/에틸렌 공중합체가 평균 분자량이 200,000 내지 250,000이고 용융 유속(ASTM D-1238)이 1.5 내지 15인 농조화제.
- 제12항에 있어서,폴리프로필렌 단독중합체 또는 프로필렌/에틸렌 공중합체가 용융 유속(ASTM D-1238)이 1.5 내지 7인 농조화제.
- 고분자량 성분과 저분자량 성분을 함유하는 중합체성 농조화제 및 윤활용 기제유를 포함하는 윤활 그리스 조성물로서, 이 그리스 조성물이 제1항에 기재된 농조화제를 포함하는 것이 특징인 윤활 그리스 조성물.
- a) 제1항에 기재된 농조화제 조성물을 제조하는 단계,b) 이 농조화제와 윤활용 기제유를 중합체의 융점 이상의 온도에서 혼합하는 단계, 및c) 이와 같이 얻어진 그리스 조성물을 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는, 제14항에 기재된 그리스 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,단계 b)가 190 내지 210℃의 온도에서 실시되는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,내마모성 첨가제, 내부식성 첨가제, 산화방지제 및/또는 다른 공지 첨가제가 그리스 조성물에 첨가되는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,그리스 조성물이 혼합 온도에서 실온으로 1 초 내지 3 분내에 냉각되는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,그리스 조성물이 혼합 온도에서 실온으로 10초 내지 1분내에 냉각되는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,내마모성 첨가제, 내부식성 첨가제, 산화방지제 및/또는 다른 공지 첨가제가 그리스 조성물에 첨가되는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 기재된 바와 같이 하여 얻을 수 있는 그리스 조성물.
- 제1항에 기재된 중합체성 농조화제를 윤활유와 혼합하여 윤활 그리스 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하여, 저온에서의 오일 방출 특성이 개선된 윤활 그리스 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서,공지된 윤활 그리스 조성물용 첨가제를 더 첨가하는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제22항 또는 제23항에 있어서,그리스 조성물이 제19항에 기재된 방법에 의해 만들어지는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 중합체성 농조화제를 윤활유와 혼합하여 윤활 그리스 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 소음 특성이 개선된 윤활 그리스 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서,공지된 윤활 그리스 조성물용 첨가제를 더 첨가하는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제25항 또는 제26항에 있어서,그리스 조성물이 제19항에 기재된 방법에 의해 만들어지는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 중합체성 농조화제를 윤활유와 혼합하여 윤활 그리스 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 기계적 안정성이 개선된 윤활 그리스 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서,공지된 윤활 그리스 조성물용 첨가제를 더 첨가하는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제28항 또는 제29항에 있어서,그리스 조성물이 제19항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 만들어지는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
