Claims (14)
- 내연기관, 특히 대형 2-행정 디젤 엔진용 연료 분사 장치로서,대응하는 연소실 내로 돌출하며, 연소실의 축에 대하여 편심되도록 배치된 노즐헤드(4)를 포함하고,상기 노즐헤드(4)는 연료가 통과할 수 있는 블라인드 보어 홀(blind borehole)(3)을 포함하며,상기 블라인드 보어 홀은 자신으로부터 연장된 복수의 노즐 보어(13)를 가지고,상기 노즐 보어(13)는 상기 블라인드 보어 홀(3) 내에 배치된 슬라이드 부재(15)에 의하여 개폐 제어될 수 있고,상기 슬라이드 부재(15)는 연료의 압력에 의해 귀환 장치(return device)의 작용에 대항하여 축방향으로 슬라이드 가능하고,상기 노즐 보어(13)는 상기 블라인드 보어홀(3)의 주변영역과 대면하고 상기 블라인드 보어홀(3)의 축선 상의 동일한 높이에 배치되어 있는 보어홀 열에 배열되어 공통의 제트류를 분사하고,상기 보어홀 열의 적어도 외측의 노즐 보어(13)의 축선을 상기 블라인드 보어홀(3)의 축에 대하여 반경방향 내측으로 경사지게 하여 분사 제트류의 발산각도가 예각을 이루게 하며,상기 노즐 보어(13)의 적어도 일부는 상기 블라인드 보어홀(3)로부터 연장되는 입구 체임버(16)와 결합되고,상기 입구 체임버(16)의 내경은 상기 노즐보어(13)의 직경보다 크고,상기 입구 체임버(16)의 적어도 일부는 노즐 헤드(4)의 링-세그멘트 형상의 리세스(20)로 형성되고,상기 리세스(20)는, 상기 보어홀 열에 있는 전체 노즐 보어의 길이가 동일하도록 서로 다른 직경을 갖는연료 분사 장치.
- 제1항에서, 상기 노즐 보어(13)의 케이스 길이가 원주를 따라 변함이 없는 연료 분사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서, 모든 노즐 보어의 길이가 동일한 연료 분사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서, 상기 입구 체임버(16)가 상기 보어홀 열의 적어도 외측의 노즐 보어(13)와 결합되는 연료 분사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서, 상기 입구 체임버의 적어도 일부는 노즐 헤드(4) 내에 단면이 반구형인 리세스(17)로 형성되어 있는 연료 분사 장치.
- 제5항에서, 상기 반구형 리세스(17)로 형성되어 있는 입구 체임버가 각 노즐 보어(13)와 결합되어 있는 연료 분사 장치.
- 제5항에서, 상기 입구 체임버를 형성하는 각 반구형 리세스(17)의 중심이 대응하는 각 노즐 보어(13)의 축 상에 위치하는 연료 분사 장치.
- 제5항에서, 상기 반구형 리세스(17)로 형성되어 있는 인접한 입구 체임버 사이에 가이드 스테이(19)가 설치되어 있는 연료 분사 장치.

- 제1항에서, 복수의 노즐 보어의 중간에 위치한 노즐 보어 군(群)이 링-세그먼트 형상의 리세스(20)로 형성된 공통의 입구 체임버와 결합되어 있는 연료 분사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서, 상기 노즐 보어(13)와 결합된 입구 체임버를 형성하는 상기 링-세그멘트 형상의 리세스(20)의 중심이, 대응하는 노즐 보어(13)의 축 상에 배치되어 있는 연료 분사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서, 상기 노즐 보어(13)의 측벽 및 대응하는 입구 체임버가 적어도 90도의 각을 이루는 연료 분사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에서, 상기 노즐보어(13)의 외측 단부에는, 천공부(punched-out part)(22)에 의하여 형성되는 계단 형상의 단면 확대부가 설치되어 있는 연료 분사 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 천공부(22)는, 대응하는 노즐 보어(13)에 수직인 축을 따라 형성된 내측 경계면을 포함하는 연료 분사 장치.
