Claims (8)
- 차체 프레임(1)에의 탑재상태에서 좌우방향으로 향해 배치되는 크랭크축(15)을 중심으로 전후 V자형상으로 열린 전부 뱅크(41) 및 후부 뱅크(42)를 가지고, 크랭크축(15)을 수용하는 크랭크 케이스(21)의 후부에 변속기(8)를 수용하는 미션 케이스부(95)를 일체로 연결 설치하고, 전부 뱅크(41)의 전부에 전부 배기관(131)을, 또한 후부 뱅크(42)의 후부에 후부 배기관(132)을 각각 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차용 V형 내연기관에 있어서,전부 및 후부 뱅크(41, 42)의 윤활부에 오일을 공급하는 윤활용 오일 펌프(57) 및 전부 및 후부 뱅크(41, 42)의 워터 쟈켓(241, 242)에 냉각수를 공급하는 냉각용 워터 펌프(62)를, 이들이 크랭크축(15)보다 전방 및 상방 그리고 크랭크 베어링을 지지하는 크랭크 케이스 격벽(65)보다 외측방에서, 좌우로 배치되도록 크랭크 케이스(21)에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차용 V형 내연기관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전부 뱅크(41)에 대해 후부 뱅크(42)를 양 뱅크(41, 42)의 콘 로드(271, 272)의 인접간격(S)에 대응하여 좌우방향의 일측에 오프 셋 배치하는 한편, 전부 뱅크(41)에 대한 후부 뱅크(42)의 오프 셋 방향과 반대측에서 후륜(2)의일측에 배기 머플러(14)를 배치하고, 후부 뱅크(42) 후부의 배기 머플러(14)측 면에 상기 뱅크(42)의 배기 포트(512)의 출구를 개구시켜, 그 출구에 배기 머플러(14)에 연속되는 후부 배기관(132)을 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차용 V형 내연기관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 크랭크축(15)의 배기 머플러(14)와 반대측의 일단부에, 전부 및 후부 뱅크(41, 42)의 동(動) 밸브용 캠 축(411, 412)을 각각 구동하는 전부 및 후부 타이밍 전동 장치(461, 462)를 인접하여 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차용 V형 내연기관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미션 케이스부(95)의 후부 타이밍 전동장치(462)측 벽(95a)을 후부 타이밍 전동 장치(462)에서 배기 머플러(14)측으로 오프 셋한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차용 V형 내연기관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 변속기(8)의 입력축(96) 및 출력축(97)을 크랭크축(15)의 후방에서 전후로 하여 배치함과 동시에, 이들을 수용하는 미션 케이스부(95)의 상벽을 평탄하게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차용 V형 내연기관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 미션 케이스부(95)의 후부 타이밍 전동장치(462)측 벽(95a)을 후부 타이밍 전동 장치(462)에서 배기 머플러(14)측으로 오프 셋한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차용 V형 내연기관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 변속기(8)의 입력축(96) 및 출력축(97)을 크랭크축(15)의 후방에서 전후로 하여 배치함과 동시에, 이들을 수용하는 미션 케이스부(95)의 상벽을 평탄하게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차용 V형 내연기관.
- 제4항에 있어서, 변속기(8)의 입력축(96) 및 출력축(97)을 크랭크축(15)의 후방에서 전후로 하여 배치함과 동시에, 이들을 수용하는 미션 케이스부(95)의 상벽을 평탄하게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차용 V형 내연기관.
