Claims (12)
- 전극의 외부에 전기 화학적으로 중합된 비전도성 고분자막 가운데 효소가 고정되어 형성된 내부막과,상기 내부막위에 전기 화학적으로 중합된 비전도성 고분자막이 고착되어 형성되는 중간막과,상기 중간막위에 폴리우레탄,셀룰로우즈 아세테이트,나피온,테플론,켈에프 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 외부막을 포함하는 효소전극센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극은 백금전극 또는 로디움전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 효소전극센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 효소는 포도당 산화효소, 젖산 산화효소, 알코올 산화효소, 콜레스테롤 산화효소중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 효소전극센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비전도성 고분자막은 폴리(페닐렌다이아민), 폴리(아미노하이드록시벤젠), 폴리(다이하이드록시벤젠), 폴리(다이아미노나프탈렌), 폴리(아미노하이드록시나프탈렌), 폴리(다이하이드록시나프탈렌) 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 효소전극센서.
- 삭제
- 고분자막을 구성하는 단분자와 효소가 들어있는 완충용액에 일정한 전하가 흐를 때까지 전극에 일정한 전압을 걸어주어, 전기 화학적으로 중합된 비전도성 고분자막 가운데 효소가 고정된 내부막을 상기 전극의 외부에 형성하는 단계와,상기 내부막을 증류수로 세척한 후, 상기 내부막위에 전기 화학적으로 중합된 비전도성 고분자막을 중간막으로 형성하는 단계와,상기 중간막을 증류수로 세척한 후, 폴리우레탄(polyurethane), 셀룰로우즈 아세테이트(cellulose acetate), 나피온(Nafion), 테플론(Teflon), 켈에프(Kel-F) 중 어느 하나의 용액에 상기 중간막이 형성된 전극을 딥코팅하여 건조함으로써 외부막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 효소전극센서의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 중간막을 형성하는 단계는, 상기 내부막이 형성된 전극을 단분자가 들어있는 완충용액과 산성용액에 순차적으로 담근 후, 나피온용액에서 일정한 전압을 일정한 시간동안 걸어주어 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소전극센서의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 중간막을 형성하는 단계는, 상기 내부막이 형성된 전극을 단분자가 들어있지 않은 완충용액에 담그고 일정한 전압을 일정한 시간동안 걸어준 후, 다시 단분자가 들어있는 완충용액과 산성용액에 순차적으로 담근 후, 나피온 용액에서 일정한 전압을 일정한 시간동안 걸어주어 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 효소전극센서의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 전극으로는 백금전극 또는 로디움전극을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소전극센서의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 효소로는 포도당 산화효소, 젖산 산화효소, 알코올 산화효소, 콜레스테롤 산화효소 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소전극센서의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 비전도성 고분자막으로는 폴리(페닐렌다이아민), 폴리(아미노하이드록시벤젠), 폴리(다이하이드록시벤젠), 폴리(다이아미노나프탈렌), 폴리(아미노하이드록시나프탈렌), 폴리(다이하이드록시나프탈렌) 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소전극센서의 제조방법.
