Claims (4)
- 수 평균 분자량이 각각 1,000 내지 7,000인 폴리에테르 디올과 폴리에테르 트리올과의 혼합물을 1.1 내지 2.5의 이소시아네이트 그룹/하이드록실 그룹의 당량비로 디이소시아네이트 화합물과 반응시켜 수득한 우레탄 예비중합체(A) 및수 평균 분자량이 500 내지 6,000인 폴리에스테르 폴리올과 수 평균 분자량이 1,000 내지 7,000인 폴리프로필렌에테르 폴리올과의 혼합물을 1.5 내지 2.5의 이소시아네이트 그룹/하이드록실 그룹의 당량비로 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 화합물과 반응시키면서 0.9 미만의 하이드록실 그룹/이소시아네이트 그룹의 당량비로 탄소수 1 내지 22의 모노알콜을 첨가하여 수득한 폴리우레탄 화합물(B)을 포함하며, 폴리우레탄 화합물(B)가 우레탄 예비중합체(A) 100중량부당 1 내지 20중량부의 양으로 존재하는 습기경화성 우레탄 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 디올과 폴리에테르 트리올이 1:3 내지 3:1의 몰 비로 혼합되어 있는 습기경화성 우레탄 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올과 폴리프로필렌에테르 폴리올이 1:10의 몰 비로 혼합되어 있는 습기경화성 우레탄 접착제 조성물.
- 수 평균 분자량이 각각 1,000 내지 7,000인 폴리에테르 디올과 폴리에테르트리올과의 혼합물을 1.1 내지 2.5의 이소시아네이트 그룹/하이드록실 그룹의 당량비로 디이소시아네이트 화합물과 반응시켜 수득한 우레탄 예비중합체(A),수 평균 분자량이 각각 1,000 내지 3,000이고 8/2 내지 2/8의 비율로 배합되어 있는 프로필렌 옥사이드와 ε-카프롤락톤으로 이루어진 공중합체성 폴리올을 1.5 내지 2.5의 이소시아네이트 그룹/하이드록실 그룹의 당량비로 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트와 반응시키면서 0.9 미만의 하이드록실 그룹/이소시아네이트 그룹의 당량비로 탄소수 1 내지 22의 모노알콜을 첨가하여 수득한 폴리우레탄 화합물(B') 및수 평균 분자량이 1,000 내지 7,000인 폴리에스테르 폴리올을 1.5 내지 2.5의 이소시아네이트 그룹/하이드록실 그룹의 당량비로 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 화합물과 반응시키면서 0.9 미만의 하이드록실 그룹/이소시아네이트 그룹의 당량비로 탄소수 1 내지 22의 모노알콜을 첨가하여 수득한 폴리우레탄 화합물(C)을 포함하며, 화합물(B'):화합물(C)의 중량비의 범위가 0.1 내지 5이고 화합물(B')와 화합물(C)의 합이 예비중합체(A) 100중량부당 1 내지 20중량부인 습기 경화성 우레탄 접착제 조성물.
