Claims (10)
- 직접 환원 철의 제조 방법으로서,(A) 철 산화물 및 탄소질 물질을 포함하는 공급물을 노의 산화 구역으로 제공하고, 25몰% 이상의 산소 농도를 갖는 유체인 제 1 산화제 및 제 1 연료를 다수의 산화 버너를 통해서 상기 산화 구역으로 제공하고, 상기 공급물을 가열하기 위해 상기 산화 구역에서 상기 제 1 산화제 및 상기 제 1 연료를 연소시키는 단계;(B) 가열된 상기 공급물을 상기 노의 산화 구역으로부터 환원 구역으로 통과시키는 단계;(C) 25몰% 이상의 산소 농도를 갖는 유체인 제 2 산화제 및 제 2 연료를 다수의 환원 버너를 통해 상기 환원 구역으로 제공하고, 일산화탄소를 포함하는 연소 반응 생성물을 생성시키기 위해 상기 환원 구역에서 상기 제 2 산화제 및 상기 제 2 연료를 연소시키는 단계;(D) 상기 철 산화물을 환원시켜 직접 환원 철을 생성시키기 위해 상기 환원 구역에서 상기 철 산화물을 탄소질 물질 및 일산화탄소와 반응시키는 단계; 및(E) 상기 노로부터 직접 환원 철을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 직접 환원 철의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 산화제 및 상기 제 2 산화제는 고속의 산화제 주스트림 및 상기 산화제 주스트림 보다 저속의 산화제 부스트림을 포함하는 두 부분으로 각각의 버너로부터 노 내로 제공되는 직접 환원 철의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연소 반응 생성물을 상기 환원 구역으로부터 상기 산화 구역으로 통과시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 직접 환원 철의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연소 반응 생성물을 상기 산화 구역 내에 위치된 배출 도관을 통해 상기 노의 외부로 통과시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 직접 환원 철의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 산화제 및 상기 제 1 연료를 상기 배출 도관을 향하는 방향으로 상기 노 내에 제공하도록 상기 산화 버너가 배향되는 직접 환원 철의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산화 구역 내의 노 가스의 산소 농도가 2 내지 10 부피% 범위가 되도록 상기 제 1 산화제 및 상기 제 1 연료를 상기 산화 구역 내로 제공하는 직접 환원 철의 제조 방법.
- 직접 환원 철의 제조 장치로서,(A) 산화 구역 및 환원 구역을 갖는 노;(B) 철 산화물 및 탄소질 물질을 포함하는 공급물을 상기 산화 구역 내로 공급하기 위한 공급 수단;(C) 연료 공급원 및 25몰% 이상의 산소 농도를 갖는 산화제의 공급원과 도관 수단에 의해 각각 연통하는, 산화제 및 연료를 상기 산화 구역 내로 제공하기 위한 다수의 산화 버너;(D) 연료 공급원 및 25몰% 이상의 산소 농도를 갖는 산화제의 공급원과 도관 수단에 의해 각각 연통하는, 산화제 및 연료를 상기 환원 구역 내로 제공하기 위한 다수의 환원 버너; 및(E) 상기 노로부터 직접 환원 철을 회수하기 위한 회수 수단을 포함하는 직접 환원 철의 제조 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 노가 회전식 평로인 직접 환원 철의 제조 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 산화 구역 내에 위치한 배출 도관을 더 포함하는 직접 환원 철의 제조 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 산화제 및 연료를 상기 배출 도관을 향하는 방향으로 상기 노 내로 제공하도록 산화 버너가 위치되어 있는 직접 환원 철의 제조 장치.
