Claims (6)
- 믹서암과 패들이 구비되고 혼합용기내에 수용될 수 있게된 혼합로타 를 가지며, 혼합용기가 별도의 저면 플랩형태인 플랩을 통하여 비워지며 기대에 착설되고 구동장치를 갖는 사료, 곡물등의 혼합용 배치믹서에 있어서, 플랩(10, 11)이 혼합용기 (1)의 바로 아래에서 기대 (2)에 배치되고, 혼합용기 (1)가 플랩 (10, 11)의 영역에서 개방되며, 플랩 (10, 11)의 개방각도가 혼합될 물질의 안정각도보다 작고, 폐쇄상태에서 플랩 (10, 11)를 압력로울러 (16)를 갖는 잠금봉 (15)에 의하여 고정되고 대향측부를 밀폐하는 유연성 관상씨일(18)을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 배치믹서.
- 청구범위 1 항에 있어서, 플랩 (10, 11)이 혼합용기 (1)의 수평접선 높이에서 베어링 (12, 13)으로 대칭이 되게 배치되어 회전될 수 있게 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 배치믹서.
- 청구범위 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 혼합용기 (1)의 내벽이 평활하고 외벽에 고정요소 또는 용접선이 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 배치믹서.
- 청구범위 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 플랩 (10, 11)이 양단부에서 혼합용기 (1)의 측벽밖으로 돌출되고 플랩개방부가 혼합될 물질의 유동을 방해하는 어떠한장애물도 없이 단부벽으로부터 단부벽으로 연장됨을 특징으로 하는 배치믹서.
- 청구범위 1 항에 있어서, 혼합용기 (1)와 기대 (2)가 스크류형 연결부에 의하여 서로 부착되어 이들이 신속히 분리될 수 있으며 제어 시스템을 갖는 구동 수단이 기대 (2)의 단부면에 배치되고 역시 신속히 분리될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 배치믹서.
- 청구범위 1 항에 있어서, 믹서암(7)이 클램프형 조인트에 의하여 혼합로타 (6)에 고정되고, 믹서암 (7) 자체는 압축조인트로 클램프형소켓트 (9)에 고정되게 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 배치믹서.
