Claims (5)
- 크라운이 하나 이상의 스테인레스강 와이어나 또는 하나 이상의 스테인레스강 와이어를 포함하는 와이어 조립체에 의해 보강되는 타이어에 있어서,상기 스테인레스강 와이어는,가) 직경이 0.05 mm 내지 0.6 mm의 범위를 갖는 것과;나) 견인시 인장력이 2400 MPa 이상인 것과;다) 비틀림에 있어서 연성은 30 회전(turn) 이상을 가지며, 파단되기 전에 견딜 수 있는 와이어 자체의 비틀림 회전수를 나타내며, 그와 같은 측정은 직경의 500 배가 되는 와이어 길이상에서 실행되며, 그와 같은 비틀림하에 상기 와이어에 제공되는 장력은 비틀림 전에 측정된 와이어 견인에 있어서 파단력의 5%에 달하는 것과,라) 상기 스테인레스강은 0.02 중량% 내지 0.2 중량%의 탄소와, 6 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 니켈, 및 16 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 크롬을 포함하며, 상기 강의 몰리브덴 함량은 제로 또는 5 중량% 이하이고, 상기 니켈, 크롬 및 몰리브덴 전체는 23 중량% 내지 28.5 중량%인 것과;마) 상기 스테인레스강의 구조체는 50 용적% 이상의 마르텐사이트, 및 제로 또는 50 용적% 이하의 오오스테나이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스티인레스강의 탄소 함량은 0.05 중량% 내지 0.15중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스테인레스강의 니켈 함량은 7.5 내지 9.5 중량%이고, 크롬 함량은 17 내지 19 중량%이고, 몰리브덴 함량은 1 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스테인레스강의 유황 함량 및 인 함량은 각각 0.05 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 크라운이 하나 이상의 스테인레스강 와이어를 포함하는 와이어 조립체에 의해 보강되며, 상기 와이어 조립체는 65%이상의 밀집도(C)를 가지며, 상기 밀집도(C)는 다음과 같은 관계식:C = Sm/St으로 정의되며, 여기서, Sm은 상기 조립체의 금속면 영역이고, St는 상기 조립체면의 전체 영역이고,상기 Sm과 St는 상기 조립체의 세로 방향에 수직인 평면에 의해 상기 조립체의 횡단면 위에 결정되며, 상기 Sm은 금속 와이어의 모든 횡단면의 전체 표면 영역이고, 상기 St는 금속 와이어의 모든 횡단면상에 외접된 원의 전체 표면 영역인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
