Claims (6)
- 투명전극층을 갖는 2매의 기판 사이에 고분자액정 혼합물을 포함하는 제 1 액정층과 투명전극층를 갖는 2매의 기판 사이에 콜레스테릭 액정을 포함하는 제 2 액정층이 형성되고, 상기 제 1 액정층과 상기 제 2 액정층은 투명한 광학접착제로 접착되어 있으며 상기 제 2 액정층 하부에는 광흡수시트가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 액정층은 콜레스테릭 액정층의 상하에 러빙층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 액정층은 시안계액정과 불소계 액정 또는 이들의 혼합액정으로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 일종의 액정모노머로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 액정층의 콜레스테릭 액정은 스테로이드계 콜레스테릭 액정 또는키랄네마틱 콜레스테릭 액정으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 액정층은 콜레스테릭 액정과 네마틱 액정의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 액정층은 전계 비인가 상태에서는 플라나 구조를 갖고, 전계 인가 상태에서는 호메오트로픽 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
