- 평균입자경이 1 ~ 10 ㎛ 인 원료분체도료를, 분말상태에서, 교반하에 그 입자표면은 용융하되 그 입자내는 용융하지 않는 온도인 40 ~ 80℃로 가열하는 것에 의하여 조립하여, 분체도장에 적합한 평균입자경인 10 ~ 50 ㎛으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립분체도료의 제조방법.

- 평균입자경이 1 ~ 10 ㎛ 인 원료분체도료를, 원료분체도료보다 더 저융점이고, 수지류, 상기 도료의 경화제, 고급알코올, 일염기산 및 왁스류로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상이며 평균입자경 10 ㎛이하인 고형바인더(b)와 건식혼합하고, 다음 상기 바인더(b)는 용융하되 상기 분체도료는 용융하지 않는 온도인 20 ~ 80℃로 가열하는 것에 의해, 조립하여, 분체도료에 적합한 평균입자경 10 ~ 50 ㎛으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립분체도료의 제조방법.
