Claims (12)
- 염기의 존재 하에 하기 식(Ⅱ) 의 니트로올레핀을 하기 식(Ⅲ) 의 히드록실아민 유도체 또는 그의 염과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 하기 식(I) 로 표시되는 β-니트로엔아민 화합물의 제조 방법:[식 중,R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며, 독립적으로 수소원자; 또는 할로겐 원자, 저급알콕시기, 아릴옥시기, 히드록실기 또는 아릴기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 기로 임의로 치환될 수 있는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C10알킬기; 또는 할로겐 원자, 저급알킬기, 저급알콕시기, 아릴기, 아릴옥시기, 니트로기, 시아노기, 아실아미노기, 저급 디알킬아미노기, 아릴아미노기, 히드록실기, 아릴술포닐기, 메르캅토기, 저급 알킬티오기 또는 아릴티오기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의기로 임의로 치환될 수 있는 아릴기를 나타내며,R1및 R2는 함께 결합되어 시클로알킬 또는 비시클로알킬기를 형성할 수 있고R3은 수소원자, 저급 알킬기, 시클로알킬기 또는 아르알킬기이며,R4는 저급 알킬기 또는 아르알킬기이다].
- 하기 식(IV) 의 N-(β-니트로에틸) 히드록실아민 유도체를 염기와 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 제 1 항에서 정의된 식(I) 로 표시되는 β-니트로엔아민 화합물의 제조 방법 :[식 중, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 제 1 항에서 정의된 바와 같다].
- 하기 단계들을 포함하는, 제1항에서 정의된 식(I)로 표시되는 β-니트로엔아민 화합물의 제조 방법:(a) 제 1 항에서 정의된 식(Ⅱ) 의 니트로올레핀을 제 1 항에서 정의된 식(Ⅲ) 의 히드록실아민 유도체와 반응시켜 제 2 항에서 정의된 식(IV) 의 N-(β-니트로에틸) 히드록실아민 유도체를 수득하는 단계; 이어서,(b) 수득한 유도체(IV) 를 염기와 반응시키는 단계.
- 제 2 항에서 정의된 식(IV) 로 표시되는 N-(β-니트로에틸) 히드록실아민 유도체.
- 제 1 항에서 정의된 식(Ⅱ) 의 니트로올레핀을 제 1 항에서 정의된 식(Ⅲ) 의 히드록실아민 유도체와 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 제 2 항에서 정의된 식(IV) 로 표시되는 N-(β-니트로에틸) 히드록실아민 유도체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 히드록실아민 유도체가 O-메틸히드록실아민, O-에틸히드록실아민, O-t-부틸히드록실아민, O-벤질히드록실아민, N, O-디메틸히드록실아민, N-시클로헥실-O-메틸히드록실아민, N-벤질-O-메틸히드록실아민 또는 그의 염인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 히드록실아민 유도체가 무기산 염의 형태로 사용되는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 무기산이 염산인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 염기가 알칼리 금속 알콕시드 또는 알칼리 금속 수산화물인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 히드록실아민 유도체 또는 그의 염이 니트로올레핀 화합물 1 몰당 0.5 내지 6 몰의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 염기가 니트로올레핀 화합물 1 몰당 0.1 내지 6 몰의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 염기가 제 2 항에서 정의된 식(IV) 의 N-(β-니트로에틸) 히드록실아민 유도체 1 몰당 0.1 내지 6 물의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
