Claims (12)
- 봉구부에 서로 기계적 및 전기적으로 결합된 상하 한 쌍의 밸브판(밸브체)를 구비하고, 전지케이스의 내압이 소정값 이상이 된 때에 상하 한 쌍의 밸브판 사이의 기계적 결합이 파단되어 통전을 컷트하고, 그 후 다시 전지케이스의 내압이 상승하여 소정값 이상이 되었을 때에 상밸브판에 형성한 파단성부가 파단되어 전지케이스 내의 기체가 외부로 방출되도록 구성하며, 전지의 공간체적 점유율과 상기 상하 한 쌍의 밸브판 사이의 기계적 결합이 파단될 때의 하밸브판의 파단압력이 하기의 관계에 있도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭형 비수전해액 이차전지의 파단압력 설정방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상밸브판의 파단성부의 파단압력을 18∼24Kgf/㎠로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭형 비수전해액 이차전지의 파단압력 설정방법.
- 봉구부에 서로 기계적 및 전기적으로 결합된 상하 한 쌍의 밸브판을 구비하고, 전지케이스의 내압이 소정값 이상이 된 때는 상하 한 쌍의 밸브판 사이의 기계적 결합이 파단되어 통전을 컷트하고, 그 후 다시 전지케이스의 내압이 상승하여 소정값 이상이 된 때는 상밸브판에 형성된 파단성부가 파단되어 전지케이스 내의 기체가 외부로 방출되도록 구성하며, 제 1항 또는 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재한 파단압력 설정방법으로 파단압력이 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭형 비수전해액 이차전지.
- 봉구부에 서로 기계적 및 전기적으로 결합된 상하 한 쌍의 밸브판을 구비하고, 전지케이스의 내압이 소정값 이상이 된 때는 상하 한 쌍의 밸브판 사이의 기계적 결합이 파단되어 통전을 컷트하고, 그 후 다시 전지케이스의 내압이 상승하여 소정값 이상이 된 때는 상밸브판에 형성된 파단성부가 파단되어 전지케이스 내의 기체가 외부로 방출되도록 구성하며, 상기 상하 한 쌍의 밸브판 사이의 기계적 결합이 파단되는 파단압력을 전지의 공간체적 점유율이 증가함에 따라 저하시키도록 설정하고, 전지케이스의 바닥면부에 파단성부를 형성하고 그 파단압력을 상밸브판의 파단성부의 파단압력의 상한보다 16Kgf/㎠이상 높게 되도록 설정함과 동시에, 봉구부 코킹 내압이 전지케이스의 바닥면부에 형성된 파단성부의 파단압력의 상한보다 10Kgf/㎠이상 높아지도록 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭형 비수전해액 이차전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 전지케이스의 바닥면부에 형성된 파단성부의 파단압력이 40∼60Kgf/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭형 비수전해액 이차전지.
- 삭제
- 제 5항에 있어서, 봉구부 코킹 내압이 70∼90Kgf/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭형 비수전해액 이차전지.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 전지케이스의 바닥면부에 파단성부를 형성하고, 그 파단압력을 상밸브판의 파단성부의 파단압력의 상한보다 16Kgf/㎠이상 높아지도록 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭형 비수전해액 이차전지.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 전지케이스의 바닥면부에 형성한 파단성부의 파단압력이 40∼60Kgf/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭형 비수전해액 이차전지.
- 제 9항 또는 제 10항에 있어서, 봉구부 코킹 내압이 전지케이스의 바닥면부에 형성한 파단성부의 파단압력의 상한보다 10Kgf/㎠ 이상 높아지게 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭형 비수전해액 이차전지.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 봉구부 코킹 내압이 70∼90Kgf/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭형 비수전해액 이차전지.
