Claims (10)
- (A) 액체 질소를 증기화시켜 냉(冷) 질소 증기를 생성시키고,(B) 냉 질소 증기를 가온하여 온(溫) 질소 증기를 생성시키고,(C) 온 질소 증기를 멸균하여 멸균 온 질소 증기를 생성시키고,(D) 멸균 온 질소 증기를 상기 증기화 액체 질소와의 간접 열교환에 의해 냉각시켜 냉 멸균 질소 증기와 상기 냉 질소 증기를 생성시키고,(E) 냉 멸균 질소 증기를 응축시켜서, 극저온 멸균 질소 생성물을 생성시키는 것을 포함하여 극저온 멸균 질소를 생성시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 스팀을 온 질소 증기에 가하는 것을 추가로 포함하여, 온 질소 증기를 멸균하여 멸균 온 질소 증기를 생성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 냉 멸균 질소 증기가, 냉 멸균 질소 증기의 압력보다 낮은 압력 상태에 있는 액체 질소와의 간접 열교환에 의해 응축됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 5 항에 있어서, 스팀을 생물학적 필터로 공급하는 수단을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 액체 한제를 응축기내로 공급하는 수단 및 응축기로부터 기체상 유체를 회수하는 수단을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
