Claims (9)
- 공압부스터가 실내를 자동차의 전방구획부로부터 분리하는 벽에 체결된 케이싱을 가지고 있고 제어로드에 의해서 작동되며, 상기 제어로드가 실내에 위치된 브레이크페달에 연결되는 후방끝을 가지고 있으며, 마스터실린더가 상기 마스터실린더를 상기 케이싱의 전방벽상에서 체결하기 위한 적어도 하나의 플랜지를 형성한 몸체를 가진 자동차의 마스터실린더와 공압브레이크부스터 조립체에 있어서,상기 조립체는 상기 마스터실린더에 적용된 토크의 영향하에 상기 부스터에 대한 상기 마스터 실린더의 회전시 상기 부스터의 케이싱과 맞물리는 적어도 하나의 공격요소 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 마스터실린더와 공압 브레이크 부스터 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마스터실린더는 한쪽끝을 가진 적어도 하나의 윙을 포함하며, 상기 윙의 한쪽끝은 상기 부스터의 상기 케이싱과 맞물리는 상기 공격요소를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 마스터실린더와 공압 브레이크 부스터 조립체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 윙의 공격요소는 상기 부스터의 상기 케이싱을 향한 뾰족부 또는 챔퍼를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 마스터실린더와 공압 브레이크 부스터 조립체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 윙의 상기 공격요소는 상기 부스터의 상기 케이싱의 전방벽에 가까이에 위치되며 상기 마스터실린더의 대칭축선으로부터 떨어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 마스터실린더와 공압 브레이크 부스터 조립체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 윙은 상기 끝을 수용하는 평면의 전방에 위치된 상기 몸체의 구역에 상기 공격요소를 연결한 외부에지를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 마스터실린더와 공압 브레이크 부스터 조립체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 윙의 상기 외부에지는 상기 공격요소를 상기 마스터실린더의 상기 몸체의 전방끝에 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 마스터실린더와 공압 브레이크 부스터 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마스터실린더를 체결하기 위한 상기 플랜지는 상기 부스터의 상기 케이싱을 위한 상기 공격요소를 형성하는 방사상 외부끝을 가진 적어도 하나의 방사상 탭을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 마스터실린더와 공압 브레이크 부스터 조립체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 방사상 탭의 상기 공격요소는 소정의 원주방향 길이를 가진 뾰족부 또는 펀치를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 마스터실린더와 공압 브레이크 부스터 조립체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 방사상 탭의 상기 공격요소는 상기 부스터의 상기 케이싱의 전방벽에 가까이에 위치되며 상기 마스터실린더의 대칭축선으로부터 떨어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 마스터실린더와 공압 브레이크 부스터 조립체.
