Claims (9)
- 세라믹 재료의 가열장치에 있어서, 진공챔버, 예열용 전기로, 전극, 예열용 전기로의 전원 및 온도 제어장치, 전극용 전원 공급 및 제어장치, 진공 펌프, 기체 공급기, 온도 계측용 센서, 관측 및 계측용 창으로 구성되며, 챔버 안에 예열용 전기로를 설치하고 다시 그 내부에 전극을 설치하되, 예열용 전기로 및 전극은 하나의 조합으로 세로 또는 가로 방향으로 설치되며, 전극 사이에 세라믹 재료를 장착하며, 전극과 전극 사이에는 탄력을 유지하여 통전시 접점을 유지하고 동시에 세라믹 재료의 팽창과 수축의 수용이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 예열과 전기저항 발열을 결합한 세라믹 재료의 가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전극 재료로서 텅스텐 또는 흑연과 같은 고융점의 금속을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예열과 전기저항 발열을 결합한 세라믹 재료의 가열장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,전극의 간격은 조정 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 예열과 전기저항 발열을 결합한 세라믹 재료의 가열장치.

- 세라믹 재료의 가열방법에 있어서, 두 개의 전극 사이에 세라믹 재료를 장착하고, 상기 재료를 예열하여 재료를 부도체에서 전도체로 변화시키고, 상기 전극 사이에 전압을 걸어서 상기 재료에 전류를 흐르게 하고, 이때 발생하는 전기저항에 의한 자체 발열을 이용하여 상기 재료의 중심부는 고온으로 외부는 상대적 저온으로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예열과 전기저항 발열을 결합한 세라믹 재료의 가열방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 재료는 1개 또는 여러 개를 적층하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예열과 전기저항 발열을 결합한 세라믹 재료의 가열방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 전극 사이의 전압의 제어를 통하여 상기 세라믹 재료의 온도를 제어 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 예열과 전기저항 발열을 결합한 세라믹 재료의 가열방법.
- 제5에 있어서,상기 전극 사이에 전압 또는 전류를 펄스 형태로 가하여 세라믹 재료를 급속하게 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예열과 전기저항 발열을 결합한 세라믹 재료의 가열방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 재료의 가열분위기를 불활성 기체로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예열과 전기저항 발열을 결합한 세라믹 재료의 가열방법.
