Claims (3)
- 캔의 상측 개구에 안전 플레이트, 절연체 및 전류차단디스크의 순서로 적층 형성된 이차전지의 안전장치에 있어서,확장 여유부를 갖는 안전 플레이트와, 가변부를 갖는 전류차단디스크와, 상기 안전 플레이트와 상기 가변부가 접촉됨에 의해 전류를 통하고, 전지의 내압 상승시 상기 확장 여유부가 확장되고, 상기 가변부를 밀어올려 파단 시킴으로써 전류를 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 안전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안전 플레이트와 상기 가변부는 용접등의 방법이 아닌 단순한 접촉에 의해 연결된 것임을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 안전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전류차단디스크의 양단 저면에 노치를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지의 안전장치.
