Claims (2)
- 폐니켈양극을 가공하여 니켈칩을 제조하는 단계;상기 니켈칩에 황산을 4당량비이상으로 그리고 물을 황산과 동일한 부피로 투입, 교반하고, 100℃이상의 온도에서 반응시켜 아황산니켈 분말을 형성한 후 이를 여과하는 단계;여과된 아황산니켈분말을 수세하고 슬러리화하는 단계;아황산니켈분말에 과산화수소수를 동일한 당량비이상의 양으로 투입하여 산화시킴으로써 황산니켈을 형성하는 단계;상기 황산니켈에 NiCO3또는 Ni(OH)2를 투입하여 용액의 pH를 3-6으로 조절하여 불순물을 수산화물로 침전, 제거하는 단계; 및불순물이 제거된 황산니켈용액을 결정화하는 단계;로 이루어지는 폐니켈양극을 이용한 고순도의 황산니켈 결정제조방법
