Claims (6)
- 대두 또는 대두배아 추출액을로도투룰라 글루티니스( Rhodotorula glutinis) 의 영양원 및 기질로 사용하여 이소플라본 아글루콘을 생산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소플라본 아글루콘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기로도투룰라 글루티니스( Rhodotorula glutinis) 는 메주로부터 분리하여 한국종균협회에 기탁한로도투룰라 글루티니스( Rhodotorula glutinis) KCCM-10172호인 것을 특징으로 하는 이소플라본 아글루콘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양 pH는 4.0∼8.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 이소플라본 아글루콘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양온도는 25∼35℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 이소플라본 아글루콘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양은 30∼54시간동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소플라본 아글루콘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양시 용존산소를 발효초기 용존산소량에 대하여 적어도 20%이상을 계속적으로 유지하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순도 90%이상의 이소플라본 아글루콘의 제조방법.
