Claims (9)
- 하기 일반식 (I)의 p-히드록시아닐린 유도체 또는 그의 염.상기 식 중,R1은 C6-C15-비시클로알킬 또는 C7-C15-비시클로알케닐이고, 이들 두 기는 비치환되거나, 또는 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화되거나, 또는 C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알콕시 및 아릴기로 이루어진 제1군의 기 중 1 내지 5개를 가지거나, 또는 부분적으로 할로겐화됨과 동시에 상기 제1군의 기 중 1 내지 5개를 가지며, 상기 제1군의 기 중 아릴은 비치환되거나, 또는 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화되거나, 또는 니트로, 시아노, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알콕시 및 C1-C4-알킬티오기로 이루어진 제2군의 기 중 1 내지 3개를 가지거나, 또는 부분적으로 할로겐화됨과 동시에 상기 제2군의 기 중 1 내지 3개를 가지고;R2및 R3은 서로 독립적으로 할로겐, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬, C1-C4-알콕시 또는 C1-C4-할로알콕시이고;R4는 C1-C6-알킬 또는 C2-C6-알케닐이고, 이들 두 기는 비치환되거나, 또는 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화되거나, 또는 C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알콕시, C1-C4-알킬티오, C3-C7-시클로알킬, C5-C7-시클로알케닐 또는 아릴기로 이루어진 제3군의 기 중 1개를 가지거나, 또는 부분적으로 할로겐화됨과 동시에 상기 제3군의 기 중 1개를 가지고, 상기 제3군의 기 중 방향족 라디칼은 다시 니트로, 시아노, 할로겐, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알콕시 및 C1-C4-알킬티오기 중 1 내지 3개를 가질 수 있거나; 또는R4는 C3-C7-시클로알킬 또는 C5-C7-시클로알케닐이고, 이들 두 기는 비치환되거나, 또는 할로겐, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬 및 C1-C4-알콕시기 중 1 내지 3개를 가지거나, 또는R4는 아릴이고, 이 아릴은 비치환되거나, 또는 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화거나, 또는 상기 제2군의 기 중 1 내지 3개를 가지거나, 또는 부분적으로 할로겐화됨과 동시에 상기 제2군의 기 중 1 내지 3개를 가지거나; 또는R4는 OR5또는 NR5R6이고,여기서, R5는 C1-C6-알킬 또는 C2-C6-알케닐이고, 이들 두 기는 비치환되거나, 또는 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화되거나, 또는 상기 제3군의 기 중 1개를 가지거나, 또는 부분적으로 할로겐화됨과 동시에 상기 제3군의 기 중 1개를 가지고, 상기 제3군의 기 중 방향족 라디칼은 다시 니트로, 시아노, 할로겐, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알콕시 및 C1-C4-알킬티오기 중 1 내지 3개를 가질 수 있거나; 또는R5는 C3-C7-시클로알킬 또는 C5-C7-시클로알케닐이고, 이들 두 기는 비치환되거나, 또는 할로겐, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬 및 C1-C4-알콕시기 중 1 내지 3개를 가지거나; 또는R5는 아릴이고, 이 아릴은 비치환되거나, 또는 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화거나, 또는 상기 제2군의 기 중 1 내지 3개를 가지거나, 또는 부분적으로 할로겐화됨과 동시에 상기 제2군의 기 중 1 내지 3개를 가지고;R6은 수소 또는 C1-C6-알킬이다.
- 하기 일반식(II)의 p-히드록시아닐린을 불활성 유기 용매 중에서 염기 존재하에 공지된 방법으로 하기 일반식(III)의 카르보닐 유도체와 반응시켜 하기 일반식(IV)의 카르복스아미드를 얻은 후, 이 카르복스아미드(IV)를 하기 일반식(Va)의 카르보닐 유도체와 반응시켜 일반식(I)의 화합물로 전환시키는 것을 포함하는, 제1항 기재의 화합물 (I)의 제조 방법.상기 식 중, R1R2, R3및 R4는 제1항에 정의된 바와 같고, X1및 X2는 할로겐 또는 아실화 반응에 사용될 수 있는 이탈기이다.
- 제2항 기재의 일반식 (IV)의 카르복스아미드를 하기 일반식(Vb)의 이소시아네이트를 사용하여 공지된 방법으로 일반식(I)의 화합물로 전환시키는 것을 포함하는, R4가 NHR5인 제1항 기재의 화합물(I)의 제조 방법.상기 식 중, R5는 제1항에 정의된 바와 같다.
- 제2항 기재의 일반식(II)의 p-히드록시아닐린을 불활성 유기용매 중에서 염기 존재하에 공지된 방법으로 제2항 기재의 일반식(V)의 카르보닐 유도체와 반응시켜 하기 일반식(VI)의 화합물을 제조한 후, 이 화합물(VI)을 제2항 기재의 일반식(III)의 카르보닐 유도체와 반응시켜 일반식(I)의 화합물로 전환시키는 것을 포함하는, 제1항 기재의 화합물(I)의 제조 방법.상기 식 중, R2, R3및 R4는 제1항에 정의된 바와 같다.
- 제1항 기재의 일반식 (I)의 화합물 유효량 및 통상의 첨가제를 함유하는, 해로운 진균 또는 해충을 박멸하기에 적합한 조성물.
- 해로운 진균, 그의 환경 또는 작물, 진균과 유리되어 유지되어야 하는 표면, 물질 또는 공간을 제1항 기재의 일반식(I)의 화합물 유효량으로 처리하는 것을 포함하는 해로운 진균의 박멸 방법.
- 해충, 또는 해충으로부터 보호되어야 하는 물질, 작물, 토양 또는 종자들을 제1항 기재의 일반식(I)의 화합물 유효량으로 처리하는 것을 포함하는 해충 박멸 방법.
- 해로운 진균 또는 해충에 대한 조성물을 제조하기 위한 제1항 기재의 일반식(I)의 화합물의 사용 방법.
- 해로운 진균 또는 해충을 박멸하기 위한 제1항 기재의 일반식(I)의 화합물의 사용 방법.
