Claims (3)
- 요오드와 오불화요오드, 테트라플루오로에틸렌(TFE) 및 반응촉매를 사용하여 과불소에틸요오드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 요오드 대 오불화요오드의 반응몰비([I2]/[IF5])가 0.02 ∼ 2.0 으로 유지되는 요오드(I2)와 오불화요오드(IF5), 및 액상의 반응촉매 오불화안티몬(SbF5)을 상온 ∼ 50 ℃의 온도에서 교반하여 용해하는 과정;50 ∼ 100 ℃의 온도 및 상압 조건하에서 사용한 오불화요오드의 ㎏당 2 ∼ 80 L/h의 주입속도(접촉시간 τ= 0.1 ∼ 10분)로 테트라플루오로에틸렌(TFE)을 연속적으로 주입하여 반응하는 과정;CaO 및 실리카겔 흡착탑을 사용하여 미반응 오불화요오드, 요오드 및 미량의 불산과 수분을 제거하는 과정; 그리고,-40 ∼ -10 ℃의 냉매를 순환시키며 과불소에틸요오드를 회수하는 과정으로 구성된 것으로, 상기 전과정이 닫힌계(closed system)에서 연속식으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 촉매를 이용한 과불소에틸요오드(C2F5I)의 연속적인 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연속식 과정에서 요오드 대 오불화요오드의 몰비([I2]/[IF5])가 0.02 ∼ 2.0 으로 유지되도록 반응원료의 소진에 따라 요오드(I2) 또는 오불화요오드(IF5)를 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 촉매를 이용한 과불소에틸요오드(C2F5I)의 연속적인 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연속식 과정은 반응촉매 대 요오드의 몰비([Cat.]/[I2])를 0.01 ∼ 0.1로 유지하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 촉매를 이용한 과불소에틸요오드(C2F5I)의 연속적인 제조방법.
