Claims (2)
- 외부 변수를 차단하고 정상파를 만들기 위해 도체로 만들어진 도파관과; 전자기파를 구동시키기 위한 구동부와; 상기 구동부에서 구동된 전자기파를 발진시키기 위한 전자기파 발진기와; 발진된 전자기파의 입사 및 상기 전자기파의 감지를 수행하는 센서부와; 상기 센서부에 의해 감지된 진폭 변화신호를 처리하여 전기신호로 변환시키는 신호처리 모듈과; 그리고 상기 신호처리모듈에서 변환된 전기적 신호를 분석하여 이동 변위를 계산하는 계산모듈로 이루어진 정상파를 이용한 변위측정 장치에 있어서,상기 센서부는, 상기 전자기파 발진기로부터 발진된 전자기파인 광을 도파관 내부로 입사시키는 발신용 광학센서와, 상기 도파관 내부에 형성된 정상파의 진폭을 거리변환에 따라 감지할 수 있도록 수신용 광학센서 설치봉에 의해 도판관 내부에 정상파의 진행방향으로 설치되는 수신용 광학센서로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정상파를 이용한 변위측정 장치.
