Claims (5)
- 광원과, 이 광원에서 출사된 빔을 다양한 각으로 편향 시키는 빔편향기와, 상기 빔편향기에서 반사 편향되는 빔이 등선 등각을 유지하도록 보정하는 f-θ 렌즈와, 이 f-θ렌즈를 통과 주사되는 빔과 그 자체의 회전으로부터 프린팅 또는 감광을 진행하는 감광드럼으로 이루어진 레이저 빔 주사장치에 있어서,상기 f-θ렌즈는 빔이 입사되는 입사측과 출사되는 출사측면이 음의 굴절면을 가지며 그 굴절면이 구면인 제1렌즈와, 상기 제1렌즈와 이웃하여 동일 광축상에 위치하고 상기 제1렌즈에서 출사된 빔이 입사되는 입사면은 평면 또는 음의 굴절면이고 출사되는 출사면은 음의 굴절면을 가지며 그 굴절면이 구면인 제2렌즈로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔 주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 f-θ렌즈는 굴절율이 1.48(편차 15%)인 플라스틱으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔 주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 f-θ렌즈의 제1렌즈와 제2렌즈 사이의 간격은 상기 제1 및 제2렌즈 각각의 두께에 비교하여 그 최소두께의 10%이내 인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔 주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 f-θ렌즈를 이루는 제1렌즈의 두께가 제2렌즈의 두께보다 더 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔 주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광원과 상기 감광드럼 사이의 광축상에는 주사되는 광에 포함된 수차들을 보정하기 위하여 하나 또는 그 이상의 실린드리컬 렌즈가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔 주사장치.
